I was hoping to ride bikes but none of the bikes were in any condition to use . As you are so far away from anything here bikes would have been good .

The restaurant of the hotel is just a bit expensive (especially for the drinks) and I didn’t enjoy the cocktail that was worth a whole meal for two persons but that’s a detail.

Despite quite a bad weather, we really enjoyed this stay! First of all the staff was so kind with us, really committed to our pleasure and truly accommodating. The rooms are really good and comfortable and can’t be closer to the beach. This beach is not the most beautiful you will see in your life but still very cool.

There were a lot of flies/mosquitoes, but the resort really does try to set up as many fly traps as possible. There is also a lot of noise from the beach to the right and also from events that they host sometimes.

Room was smaller, but can't complain as that's what I paid for. Wish they had bigger rooms as it'd be helpful if we wish to just spend time in the room in case of rain.

Limited food option but the food was tasty and price was a lot cheaper than what you would pay at a top resort in Bintan. Beach is nice. Overall I feel it's a budget quick getaway option for those who like to spend less on rooms.

Breakfast was simple. Fried rice or noodles every morning and it was not hot.

The beach is beautiful and the resort has several inhouse activities for all. E.g cycling, pool table, table tennis and swimming. As it's a beach resort the area there is a water point outside yr hut/room to wash your sandy feet.

Good. But the food variety for breakfast was very limited. The toilet always had a smell even though housekeeping cleaned it.not sure what that was. Other than that the staff and cleanliness was good enough. Good for family and making.memories. Peaceful atmosphere

Reasonably priced with a decent variety in breakfast. The restaurant menu has some good variety of seafoods. They are all fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and quick to respond on WhatsApp. The resort is away from the touristy Bintan Resorts in the north, so there is very little crowd. We walked up north about 500 m and had the beach completely to ourselves. If you walk South along the road for about 1 km, there is a small village and a shop where you can get basic essentials in case you need. The taxi ride both during the day and night was amazing. Hardly any traffic.

The location is a bit far from other attractions on the island, but the hotel was able to arrange for a driver for my friends and I for the day so we could enjoy other sights.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

Thought there could have been a couple of western dishes for breakfast and dinner but overall we had a fantastic experience The rooms are not serviced daily normally every second day but if you require water toilet paper or towels you only had to ask and it was supplied

breakfast was great, about six or seven choices mainly Indonesian dishes which were delicious.We were a family of 7 travelling with our daughter son in law my brother and grandkids .The location is fantastic a little off the grid but the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.Dinner had about seven or eight choices including rice noodles local lobster prawns and fish which we dined on each night.The staff were fantastic from our car driver from the ferry to the waiting staff always a smile on their face

Bedsheets were stained, room was scented with soap packets that irritated my skin, and there were moth larvae (plaster bagworms) on the walls. Mosquitoes everywhere at night - open the doors just enough to let yourself in, and close the doors as quickly as you can - the mosquitoes WILL follow you into your room anyway though. Good thing the room is in full white - you have a much higher chance of taking revenge on them and enjoying some peace at night. Place feels in urgent need to be modernized - at least improve the tap faucets. WiFi was horrendous in general, there are not even telephones in rooms, and TV only has effectively 3 analog channels. No cellphone coverage from any of the major telcos with roaming arrangements. While I loved the food, options are very limited if you don't like spicy or are vegetarian etc. - this place is so remote that you can't even ask for delivery, and there are no supermarkets nearby etc.

The private beach was very nice. Waters were warm and very gentle (almost undetectable waves), and gentle slope of beach under the water out to the sea was perfect for play and enjoyment. 'Allocated' beach was quite short but since no lifeguards on duty, was better that way. Since only around 30 huts, probably around 5 to 6 couples/families using the beach at any one time, so it is more than enough space for everyone. Clean (can see fish in the seagrass parts). Canoes, stand-up paddle boards, life jackets provided and nicely separated umbrellas and sun beds. Food was tasty, reasonably priced - if you are getting the grouper, do get the grilled version!

The resort should place a mini fridge for all rooms

The resort is clean and has private beach. Clean room and comfortable bed. It offers land and sea activities and has a pool for kids. Love the spa.The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good. We enjoyed the seafood spread.

May be there could be some more food options and there should be some cocktails in the bar, as its a beach side resort.

An awesome place for a weekend getaway ! Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Very good rooms with all the basic amenities. Nice beachside seating for the restaurant. Availability of activities like cycling, ATV, Pool, Volleyball etc make it a perfect place for fun with family and friends. A highly recommended place for your Bintan vacation ! Special mention to Mr Romi for being so accommodating around checkin and checkout timings and everything else.
