Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaMaking direct contact with the staff/reception was inconvenient. I needed to leave our villa each time to reach them (perhaps there is a way to contact staff from the room, I just wasn't told how to). Process to arrange breakfast was not explained.
Ultra modern design, comfortable, clean room, pleasant fragrance to the villa upon entry, friendly staff, awesome pool, bonfire and sheesha. Breakfast was tasty.

Saudi ArabiaI didn’t like that it was leaking water because (Just a little), it had stains around the bed which is kinda disgusting. Also, the electronic door was really annoying and felt unreliable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The design of the villa is unbelievable.I liked what the villa offered (PS5, board games, free breakfast, free shisha).

RussiaPool water was dirty and a chairs mattresses. Shuttle room was glitchy (can’t be open without a special remote that stuff gave us), fancy toilet will blow you between cheeks but its extremely confusing how to pull the water. Also there was a water issue, no water at all 9pm-8am and next day 10pm-1am (they are ordering water to be delivered with special car) sauna was cool! service stuff is awesome! hookas - 250k too pricy (they only give you tobacco and brings charcoal 1 time) bed sheets were dirty

AustraliaThis villa is way more dated than photos show, I expected a really nice stay instead checked in to see dirty sheets (looked like they had not been changed from previous guests), windows were absolutely filthy so looking out around the bed wasn’t a nice view, curtains and couch around bed all stained majorly, no water bottles replaced like stated they would be, couldn’t even use my card at check out to pay for what I used from the mini bar as they only take cash but so not state that anywhere.. I had to borrow the cash off my driver and then stop at an atm to pay him back before my destination - very embarrassing.. for the cost of this villa it was really not worth it for me and I’m extremely disappointed.
