I've travelled a lot and this home was easily the best accommodation I've ever been in. I hope everyone gets the chance to experience this properly at least once in their life. The property is surrounded by incredible rice paddies. Everything about our stay was amazing. The photos don't do it justice. The breakfast was next level. Staff were amazing and very helpful, and the view is incredible. I'll be back for longer next time.

We had a fantastic time at Tropical Habitat. The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, there were different flower arrangements, which added such a charming and thoughtful touch to the atmosphere. The pool was lovely — a perfect place to relax and cool off after exploring. We also appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed, and a filtered water dispenser providing both hot and cold water. Since tap water isn’t safe to drink in Bali, it was so convenient to have easy access to clean drinking water. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Always kind, responsive, and happy to help with anything we needed — arranging transport to and from Amed Beach for snorkeling, offering great local tips and recommendations, and more. We also used their laundry service, which was quick and convenient. It was a memorable stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Amed region, and we’d happily return!

Our stay at Tropical Habitat was nothing less than amazing. The location is simply beautiful. The villa is gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean and absolutely fabulous. Every staff member that we had an interaction with were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The concierge service provided via WhatsApp was great and the owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Providing food for our late arrival, a driver to pick us up from the airport and helping arrange our trips around Amed. I have to mention that our driver throughout our stay in the villa was absolutely exceptional. Sam was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about Bali and the culture. It was lovely to have him show us around the area and amazing that he is local to the Villa. Please pass on a special thank you to him.

Amazing location. It's unusual and rare to have such luxury in a rural part of Bali. Loved it and will surely return. Staff were exceptionally kind and understanding and we always received help in minutes.

We loved everything about this place. Our friends reunion after years of living abroad couldn’t have been better. Stunning property, beautiful scenery, lovely mild valley climate, privacy, hospitality, delicious meals delivered from restaurants nearby. Our wonderful hosts arranged for us a visit to a local Saint where we received precious life advice and our very first Melukat ceremony. We are very grateful. Tropical Habitat is a gem 💎. Amazing villa and pool with mountain views, delicious breakfast, helpful & friendly staff. Recommend hiring scooters as it’s a 10-15 minute ride to the main street. Already planning our next trip!

The biggest downside was that we had to leave. Also, when the hill up to the villa got wet it would get slippery so unless they change something be careful.

Everything about this villa was truly outstanding. The views, location, the people, the smoothie bowls. Did I mention the views? Wow. The staff were outstanding too. I LOVED being here. My expectations were high after reading the previous reviews and the experience exceeded my expectations. This is better than a fancy resort because there is still a harmonious connection and I believe relationship with the local community.

Leaving!

This Villa took my breath away! Undoubtedly the most stunning Villa that I’ve ever stayed in during my many trips to Bali. The decor and lighting features are delightful. Every detail has been attended to - including so many enticing artistic features. The kitchen is very well set up with a good sized fridge, cooktop & pantry. We appreciated the variety of glassware , the crockery and table mats. The beds are supremely comfortable & graced with lovely linen and pillows. We slept so well! The private outlook from living area & poolside over verdant large hills is just so serene. We relished the shaded outdoor entertaining area too. We appreciated having staff buy some consumable items for us prior to our arrival. It was great having menus from a number of great restaurants to order from, with staff delivering our delicious meals to us. The staff & owner were unobtrusive, yet all made us feel so welcome and cared for. They created some truly delightful surprises for my birthday.

Everything about the villa & service. This is the best villa we have ever stayed in Bali. From the decor to how everything is placed within the villa. They thought about everything. The service was on point, laundry included in our nightly stay, we didn't have to wash dishes and the team would buy groceries for us and pick up food from town. You can really just relax and breathe and enjoy. Lovely owners who are very well loved by the community and wonderful staff!!

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful!

Hands down the most beautiful place I have stayed at in my life so far. Everything until the smallest detail is taken care off. Next the that the staff is absolutely wonderful, they are extremely fast in responding and can take care of anything you can think off. The service level is almost unbelievable, even better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed at in my business life. If you’re looking for a place to fully relax and want to enjoy the insane view over and over, this is your place to be. Absolutely gorgeous villa in the most beautiful scenery. The staff was amazing and service was the best we experienced in Bali. We were greeted by the owner himself and we were invited to join the offering ceremony and see the neighbouring farm with animals. That I have to leave home 😁

This place was amazing! The villa is brand new, super clean and beautiful, with bright modern interiors and breathtaking views. The kitchen was a huge plus - it had everything we needed and was so nice that we ended up cooking most of our meals there. The host even did our grocery shopping for us, which was really thoughtful. The beds were incredibly comfy (best sleep in ages!), and we treated ourselves to massages after arriving - definitely worth it! What really made our stay special was Jana and her staff. Jana is such a kind and caring host - she organized everything perfectly for us and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Her team took care of everything - from cooking great breakfasts to helping with activities and even ironing our clothes. They were all so hospitable and made us feel at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great views and service, book this place. You won't regret it!

Nothing not to like.

Absolutely everything is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated vila, everything you could need, stunning views over village and mountains, peaceful, 5 min ride thru village on quiet Rd to beach. Staff so professional and helpful (full concierge service with washing done daily, pick up take aways from local restaurants for you, organise transfers, we had fire with marshmallow one night). Beautiful and delicious breakfasts!

The hill to get to the villa

The decor and layout of the villa was fantastic. A lot of thought has gone into the building of these villas. Breakfast amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were beautiful… villa was beautiful and would definitely stay again.
