Very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Very kind staff. The owner was able to have our laundry done for us at a reasonable rate in a timely manner. Breakfast was delicious, the WiFi worked great and the pool was amazing. The location was really nice because it’s close to Ubud, but not in the crowded busy part of town. We would definitely stay here again.

It is an amazingly peaceful location but a little way from the city. 20 minutes to ubud on a good run, 40 plus when busy.

The 3 bedroom villa is like a presidential suite. Very elegant, luxury feel. The breakfast was really nice. The staff were amazing as they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Such a relaxed place, an excellent wind down from the hustle.

Very nice property. Bit far from the city centre, but silent, neat and clean. Huge rooms. Should provide a dental kit, however they got me one from the nearby store. Tasty breakfast with limited spreads, OK for us. Surely recommend.

Great breakfast, staff are excellent, villa is much larger than we thought, the whole villa, 3 story, is for us, kids loved the pool, very clean, transport provided by the staff of the Villa with 7 seater van (Villa owns it) for a reasonable price, definitely recommended without any hesitation, with the price we got for 4 nights, definitely worth, surrounding is not far. just book the place if you are a family with kids, well worth it. Ketut and his wife were excellent people and trustworthy, they loved our kids.

The room is big and has seperate area for cloths. Bathroom were clean and big. There was an outside balcony too. Basically it had everything we wanted. Staff was very supportive as well.

There is another hotel under construction right in front of the pool! But nothing takes away the peace and beauty of this place .

It is a highly recommended to stay for Family, Friends, or even for couple. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. Me and my sisters just have a short stay in Bali (3nights 4 days) with so many plans but no idea how we will execute, but with the help of Mr. Ketut, in our short period of time we are able to see the glimpse of beauty of Bali. The breakfast is very good as well thanks to the wife of Mr. Ketut. They are very accommodating and versatile with their guest.

Kitchen is less equipped. Only breakfast avaialble and for other meals either you go out or order. If kitchen has enough utensils we can manage. With kids its not very easy to pre-order the meal all the time. The lights were not so bright in the kitchen so have to use torch while preparing food.

The staff, ambience. Very quiet place, clean and bigger rooms. Comfy stay we had.

The air-condition is not sufficient in the morning and afternoon it only gets cold at night. so we suggest if they can provide electric fan that guest can use in the morning and afternoon.

The Room /Villa is very spacious. My family got 3 villas during our stay. They provided us toiletries like shampoo, body wash, hand soap and towels. They are giving us free breakfast, I enjoyed the fresh Squeezed Orange every morning. The Villa is also nearby to good cafe's like Simpel Coffee - that serve good food, coffee and smoothies in very reasonable price. The villa is in good location of Ubud. we just used "Gojek" to get a taxi/Gocar Service whenever we are planning to go somewhere. The Villa offered us to be picked up in airport, Mr Tut is their Care taker with his Wife, we paid them 550,000rupiah for airport pick up + 550,000rupiah again for sending us to airport. His rate going to Lempuyang is 1,000,000rupiah...
