    It was a great short stay here. Clean and good location. Only downside is you can hear everything when people are using pool early morning.

    The staff were brilliant! The location is quiet, out of the main beach area but within easy walking distance.

    The wifi didn’t work and the bathroom in our room smelt awful. The balcony doors didn’t lock and had gaps between the door which meant it didn’t close fully.

    Wonderful, friendly staff, they are a credit to the hotel. Lovely pool area which catches the sun in the mornings. Great breakfast included - choose the noodles!

    The hotel shows serious signs of neglect, with a general mould issue, musty pillows, old stained towels, and a balcony door that wouldn’t close properly. Once likely fabulous, it now needs significant restoration. Wi-Fi is limited to the ground floor, leaving upstairs rooms disconnected.

    Great location, lovely staff and room. Only downside was the pool was very murky the entire stay so we didn’t get to use it and also you could see there had been a lot of mould on the wall that had been covered up.

    The staff were so friendly and polite. The location was easy to find and close to everything we needed. Breakfast was good.

    Unfortunately, the property was not well maintained. There appeared to be water damaged throughout the property. The rooms themselves were not kept to a good standard. All the towels and bedding had marks all over them. The bathroom was unclean. The hotel itself was nice, it just seemed to have been let go.

    Everything. The hotel needs a good painting job, some renovations needed. In the photo it looks very nice but once you there, some areas are discusting. Sliding door doesn't close properly and can't lock. No lights going up the stairs. They put tarpaulin all across the back wall to stop rain comming in. Never going to stay there again

    I had a very pleasant stay at Lumiere, especially thanks to the staff! Besides the pleasant stay, unfortunately I had forgotten my watch at the hotel.... Thanks to Masrur & Hifzan, it is now on its way to my house!
