It was a great short stay here. Clean and good location. Only downside is you can hear everything when people are using pool early morning.

The wifi didn’t work and the bathroom in our room smelt awful. The balcony doors didn’t lock and had gaps between the door which meant it didn’t close fully.

The staff were brilliant! The location is quiet, out of the main beach area but within easy walking distance.

The hotel shows serious signs of neglect, with a general mould issue, musty pillows, old stained towels, and a balcony door that wouldn’t close properly. Once likely fabulous, it now needs significant restoration. Wi-Fi is limited to the ground floor, leaving upstairs rooms disconnected.

Wonderful, friendly staff, they are a credit to the hotel. Lovely pool area which catches the sun in the mornings. Great breakfast included - choose the noodles!

Great location, lovely staff and room. Only downside was the pool was very murky the entire stay so we didn’t get to use it and also you could see there had been a lot of mould on the wall that had been covered up.

I had a very pleasant stay at Lumiere, especially thanks to the staff! Besides the pleasant stay, unfortunately I had forgotten my watch at the hotel.... Thanks to Masrur & Hifzan, it is now on its way to my house!

The bathroom was slightly dark but didn’t bother us in the slightest.

The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with, being incredibly attentive and personable. The breakfast each morning gave good options and set us up for the day. The room was spotless and homely. The shower pressure was perfect and all of the facilities were working great.

The bathroom lighting was too dim. The shower takes time to have hot water with the temperature not being consistent.

The room has plenty of natural sunlight and it has a spacious balcony. Simple, nicely furnished with comfortable bed. Its location is in a peaceful area with less noise coming from the streets.

The bathroom in our particular room could do with some attention. The light didn't work and the LED strip they had around the mirror was coming off.

Our only occasional issues were with power or water pressure, however this is to be expected as it’s a small island, and the staff at the hotel did everything they could to help.

The hotel was excellent!! We had a lovely stay here, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was perfect for our stay. It was clean, modern and in a great location. One of the best hotels we saw whilst on the island. It’s located a little inland, which means it’s much quieter in the evenings so perfect for a good nights sleep. It’s around 5 minutes to get to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. You can also hire bikes and organise boat trips through the hotel, which is very handy. The pool is a nice addition too, offering an alternative to the sea. Breakfast is also great, multiple options and always tasty. We would recommend to all, great value for money!

The bathrooms didn’t have lights (except for a led strip light around the mirror). For females- a light is needed to do make up or put a mirror in the bedroom. The snacks in our room had been opened by previous guests.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful. Organised snorkelling trips and a boat for us and helped out when my boyfriend forgot his AirPods in the hotel, the manager organised for them to be delivered to our new hotel in Bali and couldn’t do enough to help, highly recommend!

Good fun with the lads that work there. Just genuine nice people. Clean pool. Comfy bed and great shower. Good pressure and warm water available. Ac worked well.
