Staff were very friendly! Cleaned room everyday! Great communication! Incredibly cheap, great pool! Got me out of the room a lot to see Ubud! Safe quiet space!

The bathroom is shared even if the description says its private, that should be clearly stated. The location is not near to the center so you need to have a scooter or Walk a lot.

The attention was very good, the room is clean and the swimming pool is great. They helped us for late Check-in and scooter rental.

The homestay is located not far from the main road, but far enough away to not hear any noise. The road leads past rice fields and there are small shops nearby to buy basic necessities. The room is beautifully clean, cleaned every day. The shared kitchen is perfectly clean, and barrel water is available. WIFI works fast. Employees are always on the phone - self check-in.

The room was dark; there was not enough sunlight during the day. And there are very noisy dogs in the area. Dogs could make noise very early in the morning or late at night.

A little far from all the resturant etc (15-20 minutes walking). Nice pool but its small(i didnt mind). Also its no sunbeds like in the picture, so no place to tan if you are planning on that!

Nice kitchen (could be cleaner tho). And the room were comferteble. Really friendly staff! Hot water in shower. Fridge. Nice sitting/dining area outside. Quiet located and a good vibe!

Incorrect check in time and broken water pump system

My booking and booking in owners app was different (different type of rooms). So I got different room, but it was perfect so I had no complaints, it just took some extra time to solve this situation. Only thing, which is incorrect - check in time. On app it says that you can check in from 8 in the morning, but in real life no one is there to let you in and staff says that check in is in the afternoon. It took for me more than 30 mins to get someone there to let me in to put my bags, but in the end I even got a room because it was prepared! Room and apartment itself was nice, quite, location is good, pool is not too big, but enough. Would recommend!

I did not understand it had shared bathroom because it didn't reflect to price. Communication was difficult before arrival and location can be confusing at first because it doesn't show on up Google Maps and there are other places with similar names.

Good quiet location but still only short drive everything you need. Grab motorbikes will come here in no time. Very clean room and place felt safe.

They had placed a room odor inside the 3rd room we stayed, and it was impossible to breath for me and it didn go for 1 day. And it has very tiny, narrow road and it is not easy to go with the bike inside. Nothing else is bad. We enjoyed a lot

It is a great homestay with everything in it. They come to clean everyday. We stayed in 3 rooms out of 4. Last one wasnt the best but first 2 were awesome. Dont mix with the family cottage in the map, its another place

Great location near the rice fields . Easy to walk to central Ubud or get transport if needed. Kadek was very easy to communicate with and helped with anything you need . The room was large and very clean with good air conditioner. Lovely , clean pool near my room . You have access to a kitchen with a shared area near the pool to eat and relax . All the staff are very kind and helped me transporting my luggage to the Villa .

The location is slightly secluded from the main Ubud area, but that didn't deter us much as you can easily Grab it to anywhere in Ubud. Also, we had to share just one bathroom between two rooms, but that also didn't deter us much as we were out most of the day.

Loved how spacious the rooms and the adjoining areas were. Enjoyed the outside views from the balcony!

It's the second time I stay at this Villa and, once more, it has exceeded my expectations. The location is good. The room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. And the owner, Kadek, is a lovely person who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I can't recommend this place enough! A hidden jewel in Ubud!
