Not the cleanest of rooms. But it's island life.. and it was a cheap bed. The rest of the property was nice and they have one of the better beachfront areas

Lucky's is a nice accomodation with very friendly staff. It has has spacious Bungalows with an outdoor terrasse. Its right on the beautiful beach and the sunsets are amazing. Very friendly and nice atmosphere. Only thing was that we had problems with the water a couple of days in the bathroom, but was then refounded for one night which was great🙏🏼

The rooms are a bit worn down. No cleaning for four days. I had to ask a clean to sweep the sand from our veranda. No breakfast included which felt strange provided the rooms were rather pricey.

There is a club in the property that plays music until 6 am at saturday nights and you can hear it really loudly to your apartment.

Every Saturday night they throw a massive party with extremely loud music until 4am making it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately we were not informed of this before we made the booking, so we were very angry on our first night there, BUT, the next morning the host immediately refunded us in full for the night and apologized profusely. This is just something to be aware of. On our second night (a non-Saturday night) we slept peacefully. The parties are only on Saturday nights. And I will add, that the party music they were playing was really good, so if you like to party until 4am then this place is perfect for you on a Saturday night - you can stumble from the dance floor straight into your room. The only other negative experience we had was that we booked a bungalow with a pool view, but were given one with a garden view.

Very good location - the beach to watch sunset from is infront of the property; there is a snorkeling company next door from whom you can rent snorkeling kit, or go on a snorkeling tour; there is a restaurant on the property. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bungalows are very cute.

The wifi was not good in our stay, the swimming pool could be better. The room gets dusty quickly due to the material of the roof I think.

The Staff, specially Anton, was a great host,helpful and charming guy. The Shower and AA worked really well .

The staff were all incredible. The manager, Herman, went above and beyond for us and was always available if we needed him. He organised a private speedboat tour to take us snorkelling - which I would highly recommend, it was the best snorkelling we’ve done. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront and few minutes walk from the harbour. Definitely one of the better spots to stay on the island.

Sometimes the electricite turned off, but the airco was always on. They fixed it immediately.

Beautiful bungalow almost at the beach, just a few steps. I really loved the spot on the island and every worker was so sweet. When i ever go back to Bali/Gili i will stay at Lucky 's!

I didn’t end up sleeping over as I found a bed bug in my bed. I don’t want to ruin the success of this business - it may have been a one off or I may have mistook the insect. However I didn’t feel comfortable staying. The staff were nice about it and helped me to move somewhere else locally. The owner offered to refund me privately too. Pool facility was very dirty.

Really friendly staff and a fantastic beachfront location. Very cheap, great bar. Outdoor showers were quite cool. Good A/c.

Poor maintenance , water was missing once or twice per day. The family bungalow has a double bed and a double mátelas on the upper floor (no bed) . No breakfast available. We stayed in 3 different places in Gili Air and this was the most expensive and the one we liked the less.

The staff and the location was the best of this property . Family bungalow has a kitchenette. It is just close to good restaurants , nice beach and amazing sunset

Very comfortable beds, nice pool and garden. Best rooms in my opinion are towards but not overlooking the pool. Those latter rooms also overlook the unlovely neighbouring property.

Electrical brown outs frequently. Usually staff were quick to turn the power back on. We didn’t experience this in other accommodation close by.

We arrived at about 5pm after a long day coming from Bali and it was a bit annoying that our room wasn't ready and nobody seemed to know that we had pre booked a room. The second really annoying thing was that we payed extra for a better room but they had sold it to someone else. The staff was apologetic but we weren't offered any compensation. The 3rd annoying thing was that on the last night of our 3 night stay the lights couldn't be turned off. Literally had to sleep with the lights on all night as staff couldn't find a ladder to get to the light globes and take them out.

The staff were really helpful and especially Okie was a little legend. Location was great and the sunset drinks from the Luckys bar on the beach was definitely the place to be.

Bathroom should be a lot cleaner. Lack of curtains on top windows. It seems a bit old and lacks care.

Bathroom not cleaned properly and upstairs bedroom in family room too hot to sleep. No fly wire meant mosquitoes got into room. need more bath mats to cope with dirty floors. Music needs to be more diverse. pool needs to be cleaned more.
