During the renovation of the room, the shower in the bath in the bathroom could have been renovated too.

Perfect location near the beach. Great pool and bar close. Having dinner close to the beach was really great! Our rooms were recently renovated and the beds were really good.

The great majority of the staff was young and inexperienced. We tried all the food at the restaurant, but it was not very good.

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and good.

The hot water was a little scarce and the odour from the drains in the bathroom a little strong at times.

The only downside was the room. Although it was advertised as soundproof, we could clearly hear noise from nearby rooms and music from other nearby hotels/bars, which disrupted the peace at times

The beach and pool areas were quiet and peaceful ideal for relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. On arrival, we were given welcome drink vouchers (from a select menu), and we were also given 10% discount vouchers, which was a nice bonus. The food menu had a good selection overall, with enough variety for different tastes. However, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. more variety and fresher options would make a big difference.

Location is a little isolated so there aren't places to walk around the hotel.

The room and bed were comfortable. There is a restaurant and a spa on the property. The restaurant had a good menu. The spa package prices were very reasonable. The massage was really good and it was convenient that I could walk to my room after. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff ( reception, wait staff, gardeners) were very friendly and helpful, especially Reza at reception desk. I received a blessing when I arrived and I really liked that. The staff arranged a dolphin tour that worked out great.

The staff and the resort area was very nice and friendly. We liked the pool and the restaurant. The room and the bathroom was quite different from photos. Bathroom was outdated and rusty with a damaged sliding door. Also was no refrigerator in the room....

The balcony door is not finished properly so it’s basically open to the outside. The airconditioning doesn’t work so well maybe because the sliding door is not fit properly the door opening, causing also a lot of mosquitos to come in ! Luckily they had anti mosquito plugs (:

The restaurant is basically next to the main road and a bit too noisy for my taste. The rooms with the garden view in the second row include the view on grey walls across the compounds side walk.

The rooms with the sea view are spacious, really beautiful and quiet. All staff was very friendly, communicating in English required a bit of patience.

For the price thought the finishes were a bit low, very small bathroom (it does have an outdoor bath on a seperate terrace from the bedroom, but the toilet / shower room was smaller than expected for the price. No extractor in the bathroom. Also there is work being done on the resort, it wasn't noisy but it's not "finished".

We had a sea view room, lovely to sit on the veranda and watch the sea and beach, local life. Room was comfortable. Nice touch with small cookies available in a jar in the room, with bali coffee and tea also available. Was lovely to walk along the beach in the morning straight from your room. Good storage in the bedroom, prompt replies from reception on WhatsApp and quick service to any requests.

Unfortunately, the beach right in front of the hotel was very dirty so we didn't want to go into the water. The breakfast was very basic and could be elevated.

Everyone at Lovina Haven Boutique Resort tried to make our time there as special as possible. We went there before the real opening of the newly renovated part and therefore it was very quiet and relaxed. The room we had was spacious and clean. It's a great hotel to book if you want to go on a dolphin tour in Lovina.

Food is something that is very peculiar, but not their fault. It is a perfect place for an international traveller.

Property is amazing, it is a perfect place for leisure and a very humble staff. Food is good if you are a non veg lover.

The hotel definitely has a lot of potential, but there are still a few things to improve. I have raised these issues and they will certainly be taken care of....

The rooms are very luxurious and tastefully decorated, the furniture and room fittings are of very high quality, the outdoor area is beautiful and well-kept, everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The daily cleaning service of the rooms also works excellently. They put a lot of effort into it!

Disappointing experience overall. Breakfasts were not tasty. The soundproofing was awful — we could hear neighbors talking, motorbikes and cars passing by, and at 5 AM the muezzin's morning prayer was extremely loud. Without earplugs, sleeping was impossible. Calling it a boutique hotel is a stretch — keep that in mind. The gym is very small, with only five machines. Realistically, no more than two people can work out there at the same time. We also couldn’t fill the bathtub with hot water — the water just never got hot enough.

The hotel has direct access to the beach. The staff were friendly and polite. The sea is calm and shallow — perfect for kids to swim safely.

Take two steps out of the area in front of the resort on the beach and the plastic/ litter on the beach was terrible the whole way down the beach, not really a resort problem but put you off swimming in the ocean for sure. The car to town was overpriced, organise your own.

We had the beachfront villas and they were fantastic, spent afternoons enjoying the pool, morning walk along the beach into town.

Their dolphin tours are too aggressive. They chase the dolphins and do not keep a distance. There are like 200 boats at a time. It was horrid. Granted this is not from the hotel but they definitely support it by helping you book it.
