The only thing was the overflow of the pool into the drain, which occasionally filled up.

The property had lovely rooms and was close to everything. We had great staff who helped with anything we wanted.

It was an exceptional 4 bedroom villa each with their own big bathroom. Absolutely stunning place to stay. The staff were amazing, Cleaned the place everyday without you even knowing they were there. Very private. Close to everything you need.

Unfortunately the power cut out on several occasions, however the response to fixing this was very quick, so the inconvenience was fairly minimal. sometimes things happen and it is how people respond that matters.

This was like having a your own mini resort for the family. Four villas each with bathroom surrounding a lovely pool garden and then separate living kitchen area. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Location is amazing, you’re minutes away from the best restaurants. The rooms are also extremely well kept and the host is very hospitable and communicative. The living room is also air conditioned so it’s great for gatherings and conversations into the night.

The villa’s location is fantastic - it’s close to so many things but also very quiet. The property’s layout is also ideal for a group of friends. After a warm day out sightseeing it was wonderful to return to our pool and air conditioned rooms. Desak and her team went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed from organizing a private snorkelling experience to buying a replacement a phone charger.

Only downside, there was a nearby anthill (I dislike bugs) which prevented me from enjoying the pool. An easy fix though!

I loved the versatility of the villa, and how open it was. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff were wonderful. Great location and so many amazing restaurants nearby. Couldn’t recommend it more.

If anything probably the water of the pool being really warm but staff were very good to try to fix that.

Loved everything from the villa, location, and especially the staff. Before we even arrived, Dessak was always quick to respond to all my enquiries. Eka, Anti & Made were amazing, keeping the villa spotless & and being so helpful and lovely. Even though I was happy to do my own washing, they would offer to leave it for them to do. The villa even offered pick-up and drop off to the airport, which was a bonus. But I can't talk enough about the staff they truly made staying at the villa memorable & really got to know them. In the 10 days we were there, they became part of our family. We will truly miss them and hopefully will be back.

Had a fabulous stay at Lotus luxury Villa. Had our family of 8 and a toddler for 6 nights. The villa is amazing, the pool was awesome the rooms were beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed and we all felt right at home. Anything we asked for Desak was always available, and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with whatever we needed. There’s lots of places to eat nearby or a quick Gojek ride away. We didn’t want to leave and would love to stay again in the future

The butler service provided by the villa is excellent. They can do everything household related. The pool is clean and clear. 4 rooms you can fit a big group of friends and family here. The location is great. Right next to Potato Head Beach Club and the main street offers a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Not much only had 1 issue with hot water but it was fixed immediately.

The property is in an awesome location down a lane but felt very safe and security is outside the villa. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the pool was great. Some villas have freezing cold pools but this one was just the right temperature. The staff were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff went above and beyond and were soo friendly. Our host Desak was amazing and very accommodating.
