Nice social atmosphere with different events on during the week. Staff were really helpful

The beds were clean in our dorm although there we bedbugs in another dorm when we were there. They did bring in people to treat the room

Good for socializing with other surfers, but forced activities. People just hang around which creates a good vibe.

Bathroom smells bad

I stayed at Lotide for almost 5 weeks and I loved everything about it. The vibes are super chill and they have a great common area with a kitchen and tv for movie nights. They also offer some events and tours, which makes it easy to connect with other travellers. I met so many amazing people during my stay, including the staff! Opan, Dilham and Sani are super kind and attentive. But special shoutout to Abi, Anggi and Harris, who have become really good friends and made this place feel like home! Really miss these guys, will definitely come back!!

Great hostel with nice atmosphere Sany the receptionist is lovely and always ready to help you ! I would come back here for sure.

The aircon in room 4 is not working properly so it's hot at night.

Very chilled vibes and even 2 lockers for you, 1 in your bed space and 1 bigger one nearby bed in the room.

The staff was nice and they have lovely family of cats. The bed was comfortable.

The shower smelled so bad, that I have to go out cause I thought I will throw up. The pool was also dirty.

It was our first hostel in Indonesia and we really enjoyed it. The staff is really welcoming and funny! There are curtains at the beds for more privacy. There are also spots to hang out for talking to people, working and calling your friends. The location is also great. Pretty central and you can also walk to restaurants.

Amazing staff, in special, reception staff. Mimi is a legend in front of the desk, they can help to you about all the questions that you have about Kuta Lombok, they are locals and the most important thing, really good persons

Maybe could be a little bit more clean, in special under the bed, but the rest is the things, for me ok.

I stayed here for a week, and honestly, it’s quite dirty. There’s trash and forgotten items under the beds. The bathrooms smell bad, the showers are not cleaned, there’s forgotten clothing hanging in the showers that causes humidity and bad odors, and empty products are left lying around with no one taking them out. The girls who work there use the clean and ready beds (prepared for guests) to rest. I mentioned all of this to Mimi, a guy who works there and was the only one I saw cleaning and listening to my feedback to improve the way the hostel is run. The size of the hostel is nice, it has a pool and it looks good, but it’s very poorly managed.

Location is ideal.

The beds are broken. The bathroom doors don’t lock. The front doors don’t shut so the room is full of mosquitos. The cabinets in the bed don’t shut unless you have a small padlock (not provided) so you’re constantly banging them throughout the night. The showers have not been cleaned and sorted thoroughly for over a year by the looks of it. Staff are all nice enough but all have Tik tok brain. Owners obviously are unaware or just haven’t been to the property for a long time. Shambles.

Nice chill hostel with friendly staff and atmosphere. Quite cheap and good location, just 10 min by walk to the street of restaurant. Really good hostel for the price

kitchen was a bit messy Shower was flooded and the a/c didn't work for a while.

All the personnel is super friendly

I booked a car from the harbor for 450k and at the end the force us to pay 600k because we were 3 people. I didn’t appreciate that a price is a price and it doesn’t matter how many people in the car!
