The shower smelled so bad, that I have to go out cause I thought I will throw up. The pool was also dirty.

I booked a car from the harbor for 450k and at the end the force us to pay 600k because we were 3 people. I didn’t appreciate that a price is a price and it doesn’t matter how many people in the car!

Slightly over priced - should be a fraction cheaper!

Great social hostel. Easy to meet other people with similar interests (eg surfing haha). Enjoyed my time here and made some great friends along the way.

The place needs a bit of a refresh. It’s not a bad hostel, but it’s looking tired and it could defo do with better cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen.

Hostel was a bit messy — this might have been a guest issue in that people left their stuff all over and didn’t put them in lockers. Bathrooms too were a bit grubby. Just generally didn’t feel the cleanest.

Staff were friendly. Big outside area to hang out in. Quiet at night. Beds were clean and nice.

Surroundings and the air condition was too cold. The bathrooms were really bad and not clean. Especially for the price. I have stayed in other hostels for less money and more comfort.

The beds were not so great. If you have top bunk there is a closet build in but next to the closet there is a huge gap to the bottem bunk. The beds were a little unstable and not well build. The kitchen was not really a kitchen. Almost no bowls etc. The shower smelled like piss. Not so social either.

Shower was horrendous for the private room. Limescale all over the shower head to the point it didn’t work. So I took it apart for us to have a shower then put it back together. We returned our keys for the bikes and the staff tried to charge us extra for the bike rental even though we rented for 24 hours. No activities planned for anyone staying.

Staff were friendly. Happy to give us their time to teach my girlfriend and I how to ride a scooter in Kuta.

The facilities are not that great. The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest and the beds are incredibly squeaky and will wake everyone up. The general state of the hostel is a little dirty and lots of junk lying around but I think that’s just because everyone is so laid back.

I really loved staying at LoTide. There’s a chill atmosphere and the staff are all super friendly, and a little cheeky! Handy to have a kitchen to cook in and a fridge to store stuff. The day beds around the place are also nice to be able to chill out during the day

to be honest, it was very dirty :( I felt like everywhere I wanna sit and everything I wanna touch is sticky and dirty, especially in the kitchen :( sorry to say but I always leave a honest review

I wish there was soap provided by the sinks for hand washing and some of the organization of logistics could have been better but overall I got where I needed to go and would definitely recommend!

The staff were amazing - thank you Rashid and Mehmet for everything and ESPECIALLY Neng for being amazing and helpful with everything and helping teach me how to ride the scooter!!
