The manager / hostess, Komang, was excellent. She was very hospitable and helpful. The resident cat was also an added bonus.

I thought our little outdoor garden was private, until I was sitting up in bed in the morning and a guy walked passed the window looking in. Apparently he needed to sweep outside our room I guess. I was embarrassed. I also found the open bathroom with the kitchen on the other side of the wall to be lacking in privacy.

The room was comfortable. I like the tiles and artwork.

The pool area was gross and didn’t look nice for a swim. They havent maintained the outdoor area to look like the photos at all.

The bathroom had an open roof so had a few mosquitoes there in the night and there wasn’t much space or chairs to lounge around the pool during the day. The dogs there were also noisy in the night which wasn’t ideal

Lovely calm atmosphere and the room was very clean and big. The location was good, although a bit out of the way of the main drag it meant it was quiet and right near the beach too

Please add small reading lamps next to bed and mosquito nets. The mosquitos don't care about the A/C and still bite me. I installed my own net over the bed. Please stop offering those tiny tiny plastic water bottles and offer your guests a water dispenser to refill. This is common sense and every Homestay in Sumatra and Java had this. Thank you!

Quiet and safe neighbourhood but walking distance to beach and restaurants. Hotel offers breakfast and massages. Very nice pool and garden. Beautiful room style and very comfortable bed, spacious with rack for clothes. Sweet staff but not very informative. Kettle in my room plus coffee/tea. I was allowed to stay until my flight very late.

The shower head needed fixing as the water came out in a torrent. It would have been good to have a small fridge in the room.

Comfortable bed and a great breakfast that was extra to the room rate. Nice pool. Friendly responsive staff and it was lovely private hideaway in a quiet street. We hired bicycles from there and happily rode around Sanur which was wonderful.

room not ready on arrival. No drinking water provided in the communal kitchen, only 2 small bottles of water in the room. poor communication, phoned the contact number to be told there was no booking. After a lengthy time on the phone the booking was finally found . Dogs barking a lot at night

Cute little place in Sanur, location is really nice because it’s quiet and close to the beach! Only a 10 mins walk to the main road in Sanur so easy to find restaurants and shops. The room is nice, big and shower does have hot water which is always a plus. The only thing I’d say is that the pillows smelt quite bad. I’m assuming the sheets were clean as they smelt quite clean but it wasn’t super pleasant smelling the pillows scent through the pillow case. It just smelt of body odor and sweat, again I don’t think this was the pillow case or maybe the duvet but would be nice if they cleaned the pillows every so often as I really didn’t feel so comfortable sleeping on it. I actually used my own pillowcase on top. Locking the door was also a bit strange - it was just a big padlock that went through the handles of the door but if you push the door open there was a relatively large gap opening between the doors so you could see into the room. You can only really lock it properly from the inside. It seemed like a safe environment so wasn’t too worried leaving my stuff but a strange setup and I’m not sure everyone would be comfortable with this.

My room felt like it didn't have any privacy facing the pool where people use the pool but it also faces the main entrance so even though it is lovely to see pool, one has to close curtains for any privacy. There are 2 mangy dogs on the property laying around the grounds/furniture and they bark a lot however, I did ask the owner to put them outside for me since they were laying by my door where I go in and out of and move their water bottle to get them away from my area and she did so, no complaints. You just have to ask.

The lil boutique feel of this space was nice. The hot water was good and the bed was comfortable. There is a sweet kitty that is quite vocal to say hi!

I saw some negative reviews about Little Tree House, but came to the property & was really impressed with everything! It's very charming and like a little oasis on its own. The room & pool were clean, there was hot water, and the bed was really comfy. It was easy to book a scooter and all the staff were very sweet. The only challenge I had was checking in because it was the night guard on duty, and it took awhile to find him. Other than that (and some guests inconsiderately using the pool late at night & talking outside my room), I loved my stay here & would return! Terima kasih to the staff who made it a pleasant stay.
