Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe AirCondition was a little bit too noisy and I could hear the traffic and my neighbors also since the walls are a little bit thin.
The location is very strategic, just 1-minute walk from the MRT station and Train station and 2 minutes from Bus stops. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and malls are within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is well-equipped.

United KingdomMaybe the room lacked a little bit of individuality and style. just very basic and utilitarian. This is not a complaint as it fulfilled all my needs.
Although nothing fancy, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a great bed and A/C which is definitely needed. The bathroom and shower were also excellent with clean linen and facilities. The staff, especially Henry in reception were so friendly and helpful. The doormen too were very polite and friendly. The hotel is also located within a 5-10 walk from BNI Station which was a major attraction whilst booking. Also close to Tosiri bus station which has excellent links to major sites.
