My room was closer to the road side, so I struggled to sleep due to the outside noise.

I like that the hotel is centrally located. It’s close to restaurants, money charger and transportation is easy to get.

The room dirty and old, need renovation. The staff not nice at all. The front desk as the image of the property, but their attitude not show that. Even greet the guest very hard for them. The security also not nice, i was hoping he helped me with my bike but he was cold, maybe because I'm local people?. Seriously need attention

Understanding the hotel is not new. It does need a fresh coat of paint and some areas a little renovation.

Not great rooms. One tiny lift and if they are using for staff then you won't see it come to you much. Don't like staying on the high floors for this reason I like the stairs. Rooms are aged but do the job most bathrooms have issues with water leaking into the bathroom out of the shower or the basin tap leaks. Ants in room if any food brought. The fridges DO not work in the rooms even when changed.

Convenient location easy for us to go wash clothes and also get burgers at 3am but great breakfast, coffee bikes all close by. Pool is cute. Breakfast was an extra addition that just helped us save money. The staff are wonderful

The room has a weird smell. Worn out walls and paints. It seems like it’s not well maintained. Our room is facing the road and it is loud and noisy. Tried to upgrade room but it was fully booked.

Staffs are very approachable and nice. They would reply and attend to your needs as much as they can.

It felt quite unclean, we had to ask our bedding to be changed when we first arrived, the staff did change the bedding which was helpful and the staff were good throughout our stay but it still didn’t feel that clean. Our bath mat was unpleasant with dirt on it too. Quite a tired hotel but still good value for money and served us well for the time we were there.

Pretty far from the beach and on a very busy street, which makes parking impossible.

Front desk was nice. There had been confusion, as we thought we were checking into Liberta SUITES, which is a completely different hotel. The front desk was very understanding (many have been confused by this name change, and Liberta Suites has since changed its name to Ikosharold). They refunded the remaining nights on my reservation and only charged me for this first night (it was too late to change hotels).

It was very noisey next to the main road. Would have been a beautiful hotel when it was first made, but could do with fixing a few things inside the rooms (broken draws, peeling doors, broken tiles) However i was looking for a cheap hotel in a good location and this was a good place to be overall.
