Clean , staff are incredibly kind . Area right in walking distance.

Absolute gem in the heart of Kuta. Tucked away from the main street, easily accessible, very clean, well maintained and quiet! Rooms are decent size, massive beds, bathrooms are big and the whole place is very clean. There is a nice pool and a lot of greenery (for privacy). Wish we booked a longer stay. I would highly recommend!!

The value for money is good — you can’t expect too much at this price, especially not in such a prime location. There was a pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and paint was literally peeling off the walls during the night (we found flakes all over the nightstand). There were holes in the towels, and the bath mat was dirty. These are small issues, but fixing them would make a big difference in the overall experience. Before this, we stayed at a 3-star hotel that was only half the price more expensive, but everything there was spotless and breakfast was included. As a tourist, I personally wouldn't mind spending a bit more (around €8 extra) for a more comfortable and well-maintained stay. That said, this place is ideal for budget travellers who are mainly looking for a central location and basic amenities.

Pleasant, clean room in central Kuta close to many Warungs, bars and the beach. The staff were particularly helpful after we accidentally left a ring there which they safeguarded until we returned a number of days later. Thank you!

Great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony and a cozy sofa. The pool was well-maintained, and there are nice restaurants just around the corner. The location is excellent

Wifi is bad, otherwise good value for the money you pay. Pool is a big bonus.

There was no breakfast but there were drinks. The room was clean and basic. The pool was really good and the plants around the property were lovely. The staff were friendly and it was overall in a quiet spot. Also had aircon which was a must! Wifi was good.

The room was very basic, no mini fridge, cups or kettle which would have been nice. The hot water only last maybe 5 minutes.
