Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We loved Les Cantik! We stayed in a nee bamboo cottage. The best thing about this stay was the warmth of the family, they welcomed us as part of their family. We sang karaoke together, had dinner together and even went to the temple for ceremony with Made and Ketut - they provided the traditional clothes for us. Made also teaches balinese massage, so we learned a bit from her. The beach is 5 min distance walk. We also got to immerse ourselves more in the local culture because of Nyoman, a friend of the family, who shared a lot with us and even took us to a lovely arts Sunday market. We really enjoyed going to Les Waterfall, the waterfall is really beautiful and calm, and it’s a nice walk. Matur Suksma Ketut and Made! You made out stay wonderful. Hugs, Ana and Arthur

Abkhazia, GeorgiaMy partner and I had a lovely time at Les Cantik Homestay! The owners Made and Ketut did everything to make us comfortable and introduced us to the local culture. Ketut made a special local drink for us with roasted coconut and a special herb jelly and Made showed me how to prepare the offerings for the daily prayer. The local beach is really close and great for snorkelling with many coral and fish species. Just next door is a cheap warung that offers great food! Recommend to anyone that wants to get to know the locals and have a pleasant time :) thank you for inviting us into your home

United KingdomThe homestay is lovely, and the family that run it are amazing... really helpful and make you feel at home. Accommodation itself is beautiful. They can rent a motorbike at great prices and the food on site is cheap and really nice :) beach is close by. They can organise your transport elsewhere in Bali, and/or pick up from airport. Also they can organise all sorts of activities in the local area with a guide who is fantastic. Really knowledgeable and speaks great English, as well as being involved in all sorts of sustainable tourism initiatives. Ask at the homestay if there is anything you want to do and they will be able to sort for you.
