Absolutely stunning views, bed was comfortable, good location walkable to beach/food/activities

Struggled with the water temperature

Location was great, very quiet, amazing views from pool / restaurant areas.. big rooms, comfortable .. staff very nice 😊

Didn’t bother me, but if you don’t like stairs, you may struggle here .. pool / restaurant area up perhaps 40 high, steep steps .. but great view !

The view was spectacular, the meals and service were great. Staff very friendly.

The pool with the view was amazing. The Room was quite big and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented scooters, did a snorkeling tour and laundry with the organisation of the hotel and the prices were the same as other companies outside of the hotel

The bathroom was a bit old and because of humidity the color was breaking. Other than that it was a great stay. Please consider that it‘s located on a hill and you will need to walk a lot of stairs / uphill.

The staff were kind enough to arrange transport to hotel with extra charge

Difficult to reach the property.

The villas are extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view from our villa, with Mt Agung peeking through most days. The two pools at the villas are absolutely stunning. One pool is higher up with amazing views and the other is in a tropical lush setting further down the hill. The food at the restaurant was really good with a great breakfast each morning. It's a short walk from the villas to fantastic restaurants and bars, and a very pretty small beach at the bottom of the hill. There are a lot of stairs and it's a hilly location, but we saw this as a positive and counted it as our workout each day. It would be something to consider though if mobility was an issue.

Exceptional view from the rooms and the pool area. 10/10

The fixtures in the room were a little tired. Taps and plumbing average, paint peeling etc. Apart from that, the rooms were large enough, the beds were very comfortable, and aircon was fine

Fantastic location, close to a beach and great cafe. The pool and view are incredible! The villas are simple but great and all you need.

The stairs might be too much for some people but we were okay.

The view was incredible. Secluded but still walking distance to beautiful restaurants and bars.

Many stairs and steep location aren’t suitable for elderly or people requiring ease of access. It certainly didn’t bother our family though.

Stunning view, very close to the beach and delicious Daiquiri cocktails. We felt very welcomed and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great massage place just next to the hotel it was just an extra bonus.

The bathrooms were very dated and we had a big ant problem. Could be an incredible hotel due to the location with a bit of modernising

Fabulous location with amazing views of sea and Agung. Beautiful swimming pool. Staff are always helpful and kind. Good massage available.

There are many steps, beware if you have a physical problem. Otherwise you get a good work out.

We stayed here for 2 nights to do several excursions and liked the hotel. Yes there are a lot of stairs, as other reviews have already pointed out, but the payoff is a great view overlooking the nearby bay. Breakfast and room were fine.

We had a view right at the top, which overlooked straight down the main beach, it was amazing. The infinity pool was amazing, with amazing views of the main beach and surfers :) food and drinks were good as well.
