the fan room is big and you get a small fan. the wash rooms are old and need an update and it is shared. you need to walk down and enjoy the mosquitoe bites

I really enjoyed the family warmth and their welcoming behavior 🙏 the place is such a quiet space, I’ve slept like a baby during my week there 😊 oh and the breakfast are realllyyyy good 👌 What I liked aswell is that you can either go for tranquility and stay on your own, but you can also meet and talk to people 😉 it’s really open place

Traditional bamboo/rattan ceiling, not asbestos. You could hear next door chatting and showering. And NO Aircon. You get what you pay.

It is a beautiful traditional Balinese mansion. With it's own temple. A communal open hall where some tenants do Yoga. Lots of plants by the walls. The room is spacious and reasonably clean. Bedlinen and pillows are comfortable. The fan works well. There is perhaps only one window and air could be humid and sweaty. The shower has hot water.

It was rainy season and the mattress and pillows were a little stuffy from the humidity.

Very, very friendly, very cute. beautiful courtyard with pool and plants. Clean, nice room and bathroom. Mosquito net around the bed is absolute bonus! I love that the shower has fresh air.

Probably just the water pressure for the shower was not very strong and the water gun for the toilet needs a fixing. Other than that, all good for me

Despite the place that is hidden in a small alley (it's next to a pharmacy and a bottle shop), it's near from the Ubud centre. The place is quiet and nobody there is noisy. The staff are not nosy and even thou the place is simple, it was clean. I was even surprised to have hot water in my room. The front is a nice Balinese style house and it is covered with lots of nice greenery. A nice juice shop, ice tea place and the palace is just within walking distance, including the famous Ubud Market

On arrival was after midnight. Male staff no shirt on requesting money now, explained I will organize in morning. Shower area tiny, door didn't open smoothly. Closing and opening difficult. I complained on 2nd day then changed to great room. I am senior person, steep hill leading up to property need to take time,

There was a certain smell in the room that we were allocated. Gladly, staff where happy that we move in the other room. The smell is not that strong.

Friendly staff, simple but clean room, with a fan (sometimes hot), surrounded by garden and shared bathroom. It's kind of backpacker style, which we love, with a little bit of kitchen (cleaned everyday - when was dirty unfortunately was because of the guests, not because it didn't have a good maintenance) so you can save a little money cooking for yourself. We recommend it if you're happy with simplicity. If you're looking for luxury in Bali for a cheap price, this is not your place. Pay more and go somewhere else.

Nice place but not at all what was shown on the website. The bathrooms are communal and have poor lighting. The showers are very difficult as they don’t have great pressure and spray against the wall with fluctuating water temperature. The electricity was on and off meaning sometimes there was no fan or light in my room.

Simple room, beautiful property, nice communal area, very good location (walking distance to all my favourite places), kind and helpful staff.
