We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MalaysiaThe pictures are deceiving. It looked new, but actually very old. Floor tiles cracked and dirty, some part of the wall was cracked. Had TV but couldn’t even watch bcoz weak wifi. Requested twin beds but got double bed instead. No phone inside so difficult to contact reception, had to come down to request for iron, but iron not available. Only provide 1 towel, informed receptionist for extra towel and was told they will send to the room, but after waiting for some time, we had to take it ourselves at downstairs (receptionist told they’re waiting for to take it)
At least the bed is clean and quite comfy (barely decent). Location OK.

United KingdomUnfortunately there were stains on bed linen and walls which wasn't good to look at. Spider webs in the bathroom and some corners in the room. TV didn't work after maintenance guys apparently fixed it. Consider painting the rooms and you will be almost a top place for guests
The incredible warmth, hospitality and professionalism shown by reception staff. I wish to thank Novi and the young chap in particular who got me to the right hotel. Comfy bed and good WiFi connectivity. Loved the bottle of water in the room and the simple but good breakfast

SingaporeThe booking photos seem outdated, the facilities don’t look like that. The hotel is neglected and very depressing. The rooms are very small and don’t have basic things like soap or hair dryer. Toilet flush was broken and the water leaked. Shower was dirty and the water pressure low. Aircon is there but even on the most powerful mode it didn’t cool down the room. Their staff doesn’t speak English. Also there is only one key card per room, no matter how many people staying in the room, and the staff can’t provide additional cards. But the most shocking was the cleanness, our bedsheets were so old that white turned grey and were covered with spots. Same with towels. It took the staff awhile to replace the sheets because they had to fine some looking better.
