Always love coming back here, great location, accommodation is excellent, staff are always polite and friendly. Breakfast has great variety and restaurant has a good variety of all meals, very close to beach and seafood restaurants. Pool is always clean and cater for kids also and gardens are lovely. You are always greeted well on arrival and only a short walk to main road with many shops. We be back soon 😃

The pool bar was in the shade in the afternoon, which made it almost too cool to be drinking those cocktails

The swimming pool/ lagoon was spectacular. It's definitely worthwhile to get a room with lagoon access. The staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really nice with endless options. The big bonus was feeding the koi fish after breakfast, which was my favourite.

The furniture on the pool access balcony was minimal and not very comfortable. 2 chairs and a small white pool lounger table. Others had a proper table you could eat at. The fridge was too small we had beer and glass smashed as it roĺled out of the fridge. Wine very expensive and some from south aftrica when Australian wine right next-door . Small things but made a difference. Overall good hotel would stay again

Staff and pool were great. Food was excellent and good selection. Loved the roof top bar. Location is excellent ATM right outside the door and beach.

Incredible staff. Big shout out to Edgar for bringing so helpful but all the staff seemed to know our names. We were only there three nights but felt so welcomed.

Drinks were very expensive at the restaurant. Hardly anyone ate there despite the food being very good.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice & the good all looked very fresh.

My room with lagoon access was quite run down. I had to request repairs for a chair, the bathroom door, and the hot water system. I also experienced issues with opening the safe, which was frustrating

Location close to beach, but busy beach

Modern, clean, open, close to airport, beautiful interior decoration, stunning pool, fabulous breakfast!

If you know Bali, then you know Jimbaran is basically the armpit of this beautiful country, so you do not go to Jimbaran for the beach or nature, it is an ugly busy part of Bali, but the hotel is within a minute’s walk to the extremely busy beach with expensive fast food cafe’s.

An absolutely incredible hotel with energetic friendly engaging staff! Extremely clean with huge delicious breakfast and good coffee! The swimming pool is amazing, clean and big and the gym area is fabulous. We also did the complimentary paint a pottery pot at Jengalla Ceramics and enjoyed it thoroughly. We loved the dinners at the French restaurant about 100 m to the left of the Hotel’s main exit. The hotel is a perfect stay after or before a long haul flight.
