The air-conditioning was weak at best, and very loud. Unfortunately as there were no screens on the doors to stop mozzies, the option to open the doors for fresh air did not exist. There is also no fan to use instead of air-conditioning. There is no iron in the room to quickly iron the clothes you want to wear. They offer a free ironing service, but you need to organise yourself 1 day ahead to use it. We are early morning people, and ordering breakfast for 8am made it difficult for staff who travel up to an hour to get to work, after possibly working till 10pm the night before. So breakfast was often about 20-30 mins late, leaving our driver waiting for us. There are not many options for food or shopping for Westerners with out having a taxi or driver. It is also not near the beach or anything pretty.

Lovely space, private and quiet. Very clean. The food was great by Bali standards, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The pool area didn’t get as much sun as I would’ve liked, but that’s just a personal preference as I really enjoy soaking up the sun

Welcome massage, which they offered on arrival, I had to continuously remind them about it, which was a bit embarrassing too. But I got it the last day, so kind of goodbye massage it was. But never mind, all well if it ends well.

We liked how we had a private space for our own selves. The pool was clean and private to each villa. Staff was welcoming and accommodating to the needs. They offered a free floating breakfast, which was the best part, and breakfast in general was good, too. It was easier to access the eateries around and was way easier to order food at the hotel. I was mostly scared of geckos after reading the reviews, but thankfully, we haven't encountered any inside the villa.

Was in a quiet area which was nice as there was not much noise but not too far away from the beach and the vibrant streets in Seminyak. Room was modern and clean and beautiful with the private pool

The staff were so warm and welcoming, always happy to help in any way! The villa was clean, spacious and a perfect way to escape the heat after a day out and about. The food room service was 10/10 and we cannot wait to go back! Close to and easy to navigate to shops, beach and restaurants/bars..

This is probably the best villa I've been to so far in Bali. The staff at the villa was first class and the villa itself was perfect and exactly what you see online. The villa is also close to everything you need from convenience store, medication, laundry, food, bar and many more.

The staff were so friendly and always so helpful, they truly made our stay memorable! The villa was beautiful and comfortable, the pool was perfect, and we enjoyed our breakfast every day (there were so many options to choose from!) It was easy to book a massage with their spa and the treatments were great. The location was great too, a short walk to cafes and easy to get around by taxi apps also. A huge thank you to all of the staff and therapists, and special thanks to Diann, Asih, Ari, Atang, Putu and Eric for being so accomodating and looking after us during our stay, we hope to see you again! 😊

Villa felt a tiny bit cramped but it was still a nicely sized room for us Might've be a bit harder to catch a Gojek in this area as the traffic around the Villa was non-stop

Really good. Everything good. Location: close to hungry Jack and McDonald’s and Starbucks. Staff: Nice staff. Reception lady is very friendly. Asih and cheif Ari did the romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day. Good breakfast and dinner.
