The were some issues with water pressure but not a stress for me while I stayed.

Rooms were clean and modern and not a far walk to the main part of town. Loka gym & and cafe are so close if you are into that and the pool area was nice to relax. Stayed 5 nights here and would say fairly good value for money in the area.

Be mindful that the place is next to a busy road leading to the beach and some commercial area. Expect traffic with loud exhaus bikes running this lane. The balcony section of the restaurant can be quite loud, you can hear the chairs being moved around on the floor, like having a noisy upstairs neighbour. Thankfully this stops at 7pm, when the restaurant closes. These did not stop us from having a good sleep at the hotel. Unfortunately the TV did not work in our room.

What I have to highlight is the friendliness of the staff, and them going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were amazing! We were given extra water bottles, and when we went to the restaurant close to their closing hour, they offered to bring the cooked meals to our room. Super friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, spacious, with comfortable bed and good AC. The restaurant of the hotel has a good menu, we tried many items.

The staff were super super kind. They were always thoughtful & enthusiastic and provided personal service, without being intrusive. This made it a carefree stay with nice recommendations from the staff regarding Kuta. The pool and room were nice and clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a view of the small pool on the property. AC worked, great hot water and far enough from the major road and any mosques that it was relatively quite.

- The room was incredibly damp - the bed felt cold and damp constantly and the towels in the bathroom could never dry out - No mosquito netting on the bathroom windows. This was bizarre because it’s so cheap and easy to do. It meant we had mosquitos in there constantly and, even though we kept the bathroom door shut, they would get into the room. We had LOTS of bites The room looked clean at first but needs a deep clean. All the cupboards, bedside tables and corners of the room etc are super dusty and filled with spider webs - Wi-Fi was not good in our room, barely reached (room 7) - Hot water in the shower only lasts a couple of minutes before running out

- Super friendly staff who went out of his way to deal with our requests - we rented a scooter and ordered taxis through him - The room is a decent size - The shower had good pressure - Nice swimming pool area - Good AC - The restaurant renovation was just being finished as we left so we didn’t get to try it but it’s good to have on site

The photos are a bit misleading when it comes to property size. The pool is literally 1,5 meters from the rooms. The property is also on a busy/noisy road so you hear this quite well and a bit further from the center of town. The rooms were also quite dark.

The receptionist has the most beautiful energy- so kind and deeply invested to provide a comfortable stay. Every day they checked the chemical levels of the pool and took care to sweep the pathways. There were umbrellas available for the rain. The room was simple and clean. There was nice energy with the wood interior.

The bathroom has a constantly open window, which brings a lot of heat into the bathroom plus mosquitoes and other bugs. We had a spider in our shower due to that. It was okay, but for more than 2 nights a little annoying. Also you need to constantly close the curtains for privacy as the only daylight comes in through the front where all other guests are passing through as well.
