The water pressure is weak, the sound coming from the restaurant. The people who smoke - they are so lazy to go outside and preferred to smoke near the pool, all that smoke went into my room, which is disgusting for a non smoker.

The host is polite. The location is good.

You can hear the music from the restaurant next door but it is closed and quiet by 11pm.

The room is comfortable and airy, nice cold ac, the common area has table and desk by the pool with a full kitchen with all the amenities. Next to the place has 3 restaurants and a lot nearby too. Scooter rental can also be arranged. Good place to be at coming and going out of Bali since it is closed to the airport. The manager is also very helpful and friendly attentive to customer needs.

I booked a room for half a day to wait for our flight. And honestly, we were pleasantly surprised. It's a great value for money. For $18 per night, we got a spacious room with a working table, WiFi, clean bed linen, a comfortable bed, our own bathroom, and 2 towels. It had a private entrance and was located right in front of the restaurant, which was quite good too (room A). And the main thing - it's 20 minutes to the airport. Just do not forget to book the taxi in advance.

Really nice place if you have to stay in Kota. Pool and kitchen area are really good too. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, restaurant nearby. Value for money.

The location is very good, a stone's throw from all the services and easy hub to go anywhere, especially to the airport if you have a flight to catch, and at the same time in a quite alley away from the crowd. Also, there is an amazing seafood restaurant on site, do not miss their lobsters and big prawns!

Pool wasn't very inviting to go in, as was right near kitchen and no pool lounges. The area was good and bad. Good as less touristy, bad as had its challenges in finding food to eat as a "foreigner".

The hand shower head was leaking and the water pressure of both the shower and the sink was very low, making it difficult to rinse the soap from the hair and body.

The room was very big as per the bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Washing machine and hair dryer in the room

There is NO WATER for shower. I try to ask them to come n check, but they NEVER come, n i dont know WHY they move me to other room, now i know, cz the water in that room r too little. Im NOT gonna comeback into that place, ever!!

Ordered a family room with 3 beds, received one with 2 beds, and one of those was an uncomfortable couch with no bedding. Hard to drive to from airport

Location of property including surrounding areas, lacking of constant water pressure and hot water. Karaoke extremely noisy neighbourhood late afternoon. Not clearly showing on goggle map of property by location and hard to find by experienced local Grab driver?.! Front main street similar name property/hotel under renovation / closed down..... permanently??? not helping situations.

Towels provided by Lavender house was best on all hotels we was in SE asia recently,,,!,,,,, but that's all good story ends.

There was nothing, all was great!

It is a very lovely and cosy hotel. It is close to Kuta center but still very quiet. The host is super kind, I was provided with information about everything before arrival. The room is spacious, great bad, chairs, desk, AC and wifi worked very well, good smell, quiet and everything was very clean. The bathroom is also very nice. In the common ares there is a nice pool and two kitchens to use with refill drinking water. I had a very nice stay there.

Bedding was a bit too hard

Nice swimming pool, small kitchen with all the basic necessities available, including drinkable water. Room was large, king size bed, Aircon, private bathroom. Location was great, in a private alley where no cars go.
