The mini fridge in our villa was not cold and has a smell and is dirty.

The location of the villa is good, near to the beach and Plaza Lagoi. Though Plaza Lagoi does not have a lot of options but it has all the basic shops. The Plaza has a few minimarts and 3 or 3 restaurants, 2 massage places and Mustafa is opening in August 2025. If you do not want to travel out of where you are staying, this villa is a great choice to stay at. A good place to relax and have a very chill holiday!

There was no communal television. Only in the room. No channels in the room. Only if you log in to your netflix. The pool lights were also spoilt and they could not fix it.

The location was very near to Plaza Lagoi and Lagoi bay beach. There was also a sports centre nearby where we could rent jetskis.

Breakfast can be improve with more variety and perhaps options to choose the portions/size of food because it isn't enough compare to resort that serves buffet breakfast. Also main pool can be better with some chill relaxing music and the pump to be on throughout the pool opening time. Overall still a nice experience in Kamuela Villa.

Having a private pool next to our room with a bathtub is just perfect! Driver Pak Bonsri is such an experienced driver and recommends places and activities that we did not think of. Adding on If there's an indoor playground for the kids, it would be better.

While the villa offers a beautiful and relaxing experience, it's important to be mindful of the surroundings. Avoid leaving food or drinks outside the living room, as monkeys may come and take them. Keeping foods and drinks in the refrigerator is the best option. Additionally, keeping the lights off at night when you go to bed is advisable, as they tend to attract bees seeking warmth in early morning. The nearby mall was a bit of a disappointment, with only a handful of shops open for business. Hopefully, the upcoming Mustafa store will bring more vibrancy to the area. A great stay overall, but being aware of these small details can help ensure a more comfortable experience.

A wonderful villa with its own private pool, offering a truly relaxing retreat. The super king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a bathtub and outdoor shower, added to the luxurious experience. My wife and I had an incredibly peaceful stay, a perfect escape from our hectic work schedules. To top it off, we indulged in two days of full-body massages and spa treatments, making the getaway even more rejuvenating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and refreshing vacation!

No glasses or bottle opener in room although you could get it from reception. Ordered cocktails, and they weren't as you would expect, but that's asia in general.

Great pool both in villa and main, aircon was good, with big beautiful rooms, bathrooms and general living areas. Amazing location across road from shops, wadongs and beach. Staff were friendly and responsive and shuttle was great.

There is no in-house restaurant—everything is provided through room service. We tried a few different dishes; however, I would recommend sticking to the local Indonesian cuisine, as their Western dishes fell short in quality. We had a candlelight dinner for my partner’s birthday, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. She ordered a rare sirloin steak, but it was tough and difficult to eat—she even had to use her hands. The mashed potatoes on the side were unpleasant in taste. I had the chicken, which tasted like it was cooked in reused oil. The cakes served were also dry. Thankfully, we were given a 50% discount for the experience. Additionally, the private pool had debris in it and a dead centipede, and we had to call staff to have it cleaned.

My partner and I loved the ambience and the location—close to the beach and Plaza Lagoi. A few stores were open, and we had a great lunch and dinner there. There’s also a convenient mini mart nearby. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any inquiries.

We did not end up using the pool, as the water was still, and it there ended up being many dead insects in it. However, I did not request for the room to be made up (despite being asked) and I am not sure if the pool may have been cleaned if such a request was made. Shampoo is not the best and it was very difficult to open the toothpaste.

Service was exceptional. Breakfast being included was great. The villas were spacious and comfortable. The entire villa was well connected, between the room, bathroom, pool and patio. The walk into the villa was pretty.

Not enough shops around the area for afternoon snacks and dinner at night. There are 2 restaurants and a beach bar but all serve almost the same dishes. Tasty and okay if your staying for 2 nights. You would not have much more variety of food if you stayed longer. Prices across most of the shops are a bit more pricey when compared to Batam and Bali.

The Location was nice, a very short stroll down to the beach. The Villa was spacious and clean but the shower area needed a bit more lighting for the nights. The doors to the bathroom area needs to have a lock installed for locking the doors from inside the bedroom. This will help secure the Bedroom better at night. Hotel staff were wonderful. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The aircon in one of the rooms was not working properly. It even leaked sometimes. The pool has some algae init too, not horrible, but could use a cleaning.
