I would put some nets in the toilet, to prevent insects from entering through the gaps in the roof.

It’s a lovely hotel and room. The terrace outside the room has a stunning view of the nature around and the pool. Really lovely to wake up there.

The hotel is nice, the hut we get was clean and new. I will only recommend to add a bit more to eat as the breakfast was literally one egg and one bacon slice 😔 For the rest the manager helped us to book dinner at the single fin so was great ☺️

I reckon whats missing is restaurant service during the day and night. It would be great to have more options for breakfast.

Facilities were well maintained, the pool area is very relaxing. The bamboo house is so lovely, it could have better illumination tho.

We felt that the welcome at the front desk (staff/manager) was not as welcoming as we hoped for. Be aware that the lighting in the garden cannot be turned off manually, so bringing sleeping masks (and earplugs) is a must! Breakfast served at our Villa was okay but not overwhelming.

Our room (Bamboo Villa) was amazing. It is set in a stunning tropical garden so you can enjoy the real nature. This also means you can hear the chicken clucking, the frogs croaking and cicades chirping - at times all night. All facilities are outdoors. The pool area (set in the public area) is small but clean and well kept. It is a great experience for only 1 night or 2 nights in our opinion.

The size of the room was small and also a fridge could be great inside. The bathroom was ok, very tiny and you almost end up showering on the toilet.

The location was very quiet, the inside pool and garden view from the bungalows was amazing. The property is very close to the Crystal Beach.

The cottage bathroom was partly outdoors, so all the insects could crawl in easily.

Staff was friendly and took care of us. You could rent the scooter from them, which was easy. The location was nice (quite close to the beach and some little restaurants). The cottages were cute and clean.

The mosquito net is wrongly positioned above the bed so you can't stuck it under the bed to seal it...so all mosquitos can still get in and bite at night. The doors dont completely close, so huntsmen spiders and cockroaches can still get in easily (had some in bathroom and room).

The outdoor area with the pool was nice, the bed and pillows comfortable. The staff attentive during the day. The location is a bit off the road so not as loud as other accomodation that we tried in Nusa.

Air con was too loud to keep it on while sleeping. The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet and didn't have anything to hold on to while showering. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The restaurant only had limited options for breakfast, which was not sufficient and not as advertised. It was not open for lunch or dinner either. There were scooters available for rent, but no helmets. There were bottles in the mini fridge but no bottle opener.

Lovely little bungalows in a quiet area. Location is great, rooms were comfortable and pool was refreshing is well kept. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. Staff were friendly and useful.

It wasnt clean , there was no security , i highly recommend do not try to even look after the pictures and book , because it looks good on in pictures rest its waste of money , the owner is the service boy and he is the only one

I dint like anything about property , its a worst ever property i had seen , no security guard , no point of security in the property and there is no kind of service available
