The hotel is absolutely excellent & the staff and service were amazing. Breakfast was so good, dinner options were very good, lovely restaurant setting,Afternoon Tea could be so much better they don’t offer much sandwich only three finger sandwiches and two little cakes initially you have to ask for more. The room with plunge pool was fantastic inside very dark outside from tree growth. A lot of people in the main pool not sure if cold or heated. Good location and shuttle buggy to Le Brisa Beach Club and back is excellent.

Like many hotels you buy the best room with a pool but cannot use the pool because it’s too cold because they aren’t heated and don’t get the sun. Then they have lots of trees and brushes blocking the sun so you really pay more to just look at a pool of water outside the window. I especially wanted to use the pool hence paying for the best room but the plunge pool was too cold to get in so a complete waste of money having the pool room.

Amazing decorations and amenities, great facilities, delicious food, helpfull staff and cutest cat! Also they have a buggy service to help get around Canggu! Special thanks to Mita, Santa and Kadek (from the lobby). Also everyone who assisted us through our stay, it was an unforgettable birthday.

Considering the bad weather, we would have loved to have access to the hotel massage spa but unfortunately during our two days stay everything was fully booked.

This was my second time staying and I loved this hotel just as much as the first time. Beautiful rooms, peaceful yet only a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Staff are always exceptional. The breakfasts are amazing. I love being able to go out an experience all the area has to offer and then return to the hotel and relax again.

Loved every minute of my stay. The room was stunning, the gardens and pool are beautiful, the food was delicious and every single one of the team there are so fantastic- nothing was a problem for them. Could not rate the resort highly enough…

Amazing boutique hotel, very quiet and relaxing oasis of calm, great pool area, excellent food and drink especially breakfast, beautiful rooms. But the highlight was the staff, sensational, always friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Has a buggy for free local transport too.

Everything. Especially the staff; their genuine enthusiasm toward making one’s “stay” and well being an exceptional experience. This place is a sanctuary. Exquisite bespoke accommodation (side pool rooms highly recommended). Grounds, spa services. Delicious dining menus and bar services. Zero complaints. Amazing concierge services. Truly, an oasis. Definitely returning.

Very nice and clean hotel, little green oasis close to echo beach. The staff is super friendly and the food is great. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place! Beach and many shops can be reached by foot, La Brisa Beach Club is also very close.

I like the surrounding greeneries, the overall ambience, comfort room with balcony with the pool view. Breakfast options are unordinarily excellent and tasty. I tried food on the menu are also delicious, it was beyond my expectation. The resort also provides a very good in service with prompt in communication. It is such a tranquil place to stay and have a peaceful self as a solo traveller at this resort. Wonderful!

It was a rainy season due to hot weather, there were quite a lot of mosquitos. Do have a mosquito repellent handy while in outdoor.

Very nice hotel with fantastic staff. All requests are resolved in minutes, and their smiles will make happy everybody.
