We had a two bed unit which was spacious and private. Plenty of eggs and bread provided for you to make your own breakfast. Coffee machine a plus. Nice pool.

Breakfast was delivered to our kitchen to make at our own convenience which really suited us. Travelling with fussy eating children meant we could make toast when we needed a snack if they didn’t eat first thing.

Making breakfast ourselves was something we did not expect. Driver was a bit unprofessional, no sign at airport, had a friend with him in the car.

The privacy/ private pool was so nice. Toilet had a build in bidet. Really close to the beach. Mangistan was very good.

The gardens are beautiful and relaxing. It is located 5 min walking to the beach. The staff was very helpful, and assisted us with every requirement. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, integrated with the gardens. Each room had its own exterior kitchen and dining place.

We booked a room with breakfast included and I didn’t like that they didn’t had any options for breakfast, they had just eggs, butter, jam and soft cheese. For 4 days we eat just that and it’s not nice to eat just eggs every day. If I knew it I wouldn’t select with breakfast included. Also the hairdryer was very small as I’m a girl with a long hair and it couldn’t help me at all.

I liked the property that was very clean and we didn’t had that many problems with the lizards. The location it’s pretty good specially if you want to relax by the beach.

This Villa is very comfortable and worth the stay. Also, it was my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff went out of their way to bring a fresh cake and candles to receive us on the arrival. Very thoughtful! I’d definitely stay here again.

The construction sites in the area make a lot of noise from midday until the evening. Breakfast very poor and not diversified. The area is very far from everything. Insects enter the room if you are not careful and leave the doors open. The hair dryer is missing from the room. There is no privacy. The kitchen is outside. You have to prepare breakfast yourself. It was eggs the whole time.

Honestly nothing. Im usually so honest about feedback but I truly loved everything about our stay.

The property is so well looked after, the gardens that surround you are beautiful and really make it feel like you’re on a tropical island. It’s so private too, the gardens gives you privacy from your other neighbours who are staying in other villas. Room was so comfortable and clean and the staff are so polite and caring and it’s such a short walk from the beach with are surrounded by beautiful cafes. I will definitely be staying here again.

Sadly, there is a bunch of construction next door. It won't last forever.. but it did affect the peace a bit. In a few months, it'll be peaceful again with 5 star apartments next door.

Beautiful villas in a stunning garden setting. The rooms are really specious, and the pool is super refreshing. Lived the breakfast that they bring you to cook yourself. It's a great way to do it, in my opinion.

Hot in the room, the AC was not efficient. And lack of a hair dryer.
