You definitely need your own transport if you stay there. Although you are well back from the bypass the traffic does not make it safe to walk across the road. You need a taxi or a scooter to get anywhere around Jimbaran from the location. As for the villa, just be careful standing in the bath when showering it can be a bit slippery.

The villa was lovely with good amenities and facilities. The rooms were well kept with fresh sheets every 2nd day. The breakfast was always good as were the dinners at the restaurant. All of the staff were excellent and so caring, we were treated more like friends than just guests. Nothing was too hard for the staff, they would always ask if we were in need of anything. We will be back again. A special shout out to Harry and Rani who were wonderful to Sue and I. Plus all of the other staff and room service.

Cannot bring outside food from online order to your stay because they have an in house restaurant. You can get food from hotel yourself though and eat. No cutleries in kitchen though. Also good places to eat are little far away

The split AC was far from the bed and not fully cool the room until the bed area. Also, no pool towel offered and place to hang your wet towel or clothes

Nice hotel with a big swimming pool. Room was clean and quite big. Staff very super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Would’ve liked it if the A/C was closer to the bed. Apparently you have to pay for extra towels and have to specifically specify if you wanted towels for the pool. It was very weird to be charged for just a couple extra towels. There were no face or hair towels either. So it’s just big towels or pool towels. Which was weird to me

Breakfast - you have 3 different breakfast sets to select which might make you bored of you stay there for few days. We decided to eat breakfast outside the hotel on our 4th day.

Villa with private pool was great, clean and in good location. Just be aware that you villa will be visited by some animal guests like bats, lizards and so on, which is absolutely natural. The villa is cleaned every day.

Very basic choices at breakfast (eggs, cereal and nasi goreng), not much choice at the restaurant either. Villa could use some maintance (rusty shower head etc.).

We stayed at the villa for 2 nights before heading back home and it was a perfect stay to relax before long flights. Very spacious and clean, bathroom has shower and bathtub, bed was comfortable, nice place to relax by the pool. Convenient location near airport.

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Anytime we needed a taxi, they made sure we had one, and anytime we wanted a massage, they made sure there was enough masseuse to do the job. They even went the extra mile to exchange our money for us.

The room was not super clean. The toilet needs better deep cleaning and the bedsheets were a bit old with some old stains, although they were clean.

Very close to the kuta beach, airport and to the fish market. The pool outside is very nice and good sizes for laps. The staff are really nice.

We had some difficulties communicating in English with some of the staffs and they forgot to put a kettle in my room so on check out they searched our bags thinking we had them
