Villas and property are tired. Bathroom and kitchen area need a really good scrub. Our private pool was too cold to swim in. We paid too much as we booked a week during peak.....was definitely not worth $166 AUD pn.

Fabulous quiet location in heart of Ubud. Staff could not do enough and were lovely. Turn down service and mozzie coil lighting at night was a really lovely touch. Main pool no one used, it was lovely and warm (our pool villa was too cold).

Place is locator in quite area and just walking distance to Uber Central. The best thing about this villa they come twice in a day to clean your room without asking anything.

There was animal feces on the bed that dropped from the ceiling.

A little tired in places. Towels not too clean. Pool towels were only available 2 days out of the 4.

The villa was in the centre but felt very peaceful once inside. The private plunge pool was very pleasant.

Not enough cupboard space for unpacking clothes. Bed was a bit noisy, kept waking up when turning during the night.

The staff at the resort were very kind, everyone was so helpful and friendly as well as being very smily. Resort is in a very good location where you can walk everywhere in few mins and it feels very safe to walk when dark as well. Pool area is lovely to just chill and relax. Breathing at the resort is also so delicious! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for us!

The location was ideal. Walking distance to monkey forest, market and great bars and restaurants. Note the Bintang Supermarket is a hike. Best to get a grab or taxi. Bike rental also available. We travelled with a group. Loved the communial pool area, but also the privacy of your own villa pool. Rooms simple and clean. Outdoor shower and bathroom. Staff very accommodating. Small establishment with only 7 villas in total. Restaurant only open for breakfast, which they will also deliver to your villa with some notice, if you prefer. Couple a good spas and massage places close by too. Would definitely book again. Great value for money. Stayed 5 nights.

The design of the Villa did leave a lot of room for lizards, bugs and frogs to live amongst you. However, they were not harmful and usually kept to themself.

We loved the private pool. The complimentary breakfast was also a bonus.

Some crumbly things fell from the roof overnight and got onto our stuff. Not sure what it was , not a dealbreaker as the property is great but was a bit annoying.

So beautiful!! Even better than the photos. The staff were amazing - so lovely and always willing to help. Rooms were cleaned everyday, pools were very clean and the location was great - 5 min walk to the town centre.

Villas are looking a little old and tired. Small maintenance issues need attending (missing tile in swimming pool, overgrown gardens). Showing its age but overall still quite good.

better insect netting and room sealing would be good but nightly coils were much appreciated. Breakfast not included in the price, would be nice to be part of the booking.

Good Location and thew rooms were far back off the main road to be quiet too. Pools were both clean and also shaded enough to not be too hot. AC worked well and double room security was also very good.

Some Breakfast items wasn't great. But we managed.

We loved staying here. Quite location, easy to get around on foot. Bed was comfy, sheets smelt amazing! I need to know what they used so I can use it at home!
