Resultant/warung next door, value for money. Spacious bedrooms. Lovely pool area.

Everything was good, only thing was the toilet water spray was leaking and our bathroom floor never got dry, so a little smell developed after four days. Not serious but should be fixed soon. Did alert the front desk. Room is very basic, no fridge or kettle for a tea.

The location isn't too bad (close to main places but still a bit aloof); the bare basics like bed, desk and daily room cleaning were okay; and staff was friendly. Not too noisy either.

Most importantly, no value for money. Not worth 35 USD a night (stays at the same price in canggu and ubud were better by a DISTANCE!). The place looked run-down, there were bugs (mosquitoes, ants in the room; lizards in bathroom cuz open etc.), and a constant smell too (not a fresh fragrance at all); the bathroom door was worn out and creeking (wouldn't close), Wifi was horrible (I had to go out to coworking spaces daily to work, everything (except the padel ball place and yeye warung) is a 5-10 minute walk atleast; and a little too personal experience but overall the place had a weird energy (I had weird sleep and nightmares sleeping here, and felt uncomfortable hanging out). And a few more annoyances too.. Advice to owners, MUST look into maintaining and upgrading this place.

The staff were so lovely and helpful! Free water provided and staff would make us coffee which was so sweet! Pool and garden area is nice Great daily cleaning Comfy beds Good aircon

The monkeys :( they're very scary and even came into our bathroom!!! The bathroom is half outdoors which is fine but means there's a lot of nature in the bathroom (bugs and leaves) The location- it was near a couple of things but if you don't have a scooter it's a bit of a nightmare to walk anyway, the roads are so dangerous! The lamp didn't work on one side of the bed

We had an amazing stay at Kutuh Manak guest house. The staff were very kind and made our stay amazing. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Uluwatu.

    Nothing!

Nothing, every thing is dirty, sheets, towels, toilet, bed, etc.

No breakfast included, they even haven't change the sheets. They did room service when I don't wanna.

Comfortable bed and clean room, lovely shower, warm water and clean. Friendly staff, good aircon, room cleaned daily, quiet location, not too far from town but not really walkable, lots of bikes and busy, uphill from town.

The pool looked like it needs a clean, wouldn’t want to swim in it. The room gets very light very early, darker curtains would be ideal. Lots of mosquitos, although room provided mosquito repellent plug in.

The garden and surroundings are wonderful. The location is excellent. There are at least six beautiful beaches within a 15-minute ride by scooter. However, hygiene is not at a European standard, so keep that in mind when booking. For us, it was perfectly fine. Highly recommended, and a big plus is the nearby Yeye’s Warung. The hosts are very kind to everyone! We appreciate their hospitality. We would definitely book again! Be careful with the monkeys!🐒😃 Renting a scooter is highly recommended (available on-site!).🛵

When booking, it’s important to be aware that the hygiene standards are not the same as at home. However, this is partly due to the extremely humid weather.

The location was great, right in the middle of Uluwatu, there’s a restaurant on one side and an açai van on the other. You can also rent a scooter to get around for a really good price. The bed was big and very comfortable and the wifi was good.

There were so many mosquitos, not sure if they were getting in during the day when they clean the rooms with the doors open or because the bathroom is outside so every time you go to the toilet they come in. The bathroom is dated and not clean to our standards, there was mould and animal droppings where it was out in the open and they didn’t get cleaned up during the day. We had to ask for soap to wash our hands because none was provided. The sheets were clean but stained.

Decent budget-friendly option! The best thing about this place is the location - Only a 5min walk to Padang Padang. Or just get a Grab! The air-conditioning works really well!

I didn't like the stains on the sheets, however I found stained bedding to be quite standard in Bali! Cleanliness is ok otherwise. I stayed one night in a room smelling of mould. Thankfully they are so accommodating and moved me.

The view of the pool from the room. Spacious and clean room with and outdoor bathroom. Great location close to the beach and city centre.
