There were 2 maintenance issues but these were fixed and sorted basically as soon as we advised the Villa manager but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Everything. Basically everything described in the description and photos is exactly how the villa is, it’s A++++. Also loved that you could organise the villa chef to come cook meals right in front of using the villa kitchen. The message ladies were also fantastic they made everyone fell relaxed.

The water pressure on the room near the swimming pool is weak. I'm sure it can be better because the basin water pressure is good. I don't like Mosquito. They clean 1 every 3 days, 1 every 2 days would be better. Wifi connection only at the living room where the router is. For a house this size you need mesh wifi, not just a single wifi router.

The place is spacious and relatively clean, although I wish the living room was brighter. Plenty of room to choose from. The villa has a Netflix account, which is a plus. Bathroom/toilet in every room is also a plus. Wifi connection speed is quite ok, comparable to mobile data. Lastly, It's located at a quiet neighbourhood, which can be a plus or minus.

we loved everything.

The location was great, very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Even if we suppose to check in at 3 pm they let up leave our luggage until the place was ready and was very easy for us to go end explore around. We were 8 friends and all of us we had great time there, plenty of space, nice rooms , very clean, the A/C worked perfectly. We spend a lot of time in the pool which was super clean and amazing water temperature. Near by we had all the supermarkets and a 24h open shop. We recommend the villa with all out love and we want to thank the amazing people that took care for us to have great time.

Can't speak for every other bathroom but the shower head in my daugther's room may have needed cleaning or replacing since the water wasn't flowing the great. The shower flow and pressure in our room is average. In saying that it didn't ruin anything. Call it a room for improvement which maybe they would've fixed up for the next guests!

-- The Location -- The villa was very closely located shops and attractions but yet just far enough to not have the noise and still have the comfort of home. -- The Staff -- The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The villa driver (Foxi) is incredibly helpful. Not only did he take us where we needed to go, he was also our cultural guide, our tourist guide, our shopping guide, we (as a group of 8 frients that stayed at the villa) can't sing his praises enough. The cooking staff made the best french toast! We had the breakfast buffet almost everyday and everyday it didn't disappoint. Lastly the housekeeping guys made quick work of the messes with left behind (we were in holiday mode!). Overall, their staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. They've always checked in or knocked on the doors before they entered the villa.

Location isn’t correct on google maps so make sure you get the exact location from the villa manager as there is other locations with the same name.

The staff is really the highlight of this property. Nyoman, Foxi and the team were great. This property could organise breakfast at your villa, massages and transport. So convenient and a great place to stay as a group if you want to be in the heart of Kuta.

There was no body soap or gel provided. Have to use hand soap for shower. Also, time to change your placemates, mostly stained / dirty
