The room was never cleaned during my 5-night stay, so the trash started to pile up. It would be great if they offered housekeeping at least every other day.

The place was quite nice overall. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, and the breakfast was good — they offered two different options, so I was able to switch it up each day. In general, I had a great stay. They also rented me a motorbike on-site at a good price, which was very convenient.

Blinds didn’t work, bed sheet didn’t fit properly, nowhere to hang clothes ( except clothes horse which was useful for drying things)

The rooms really do smell damp. The aircon didn’t work well the whole time we was there. It didn’t feel overly clean, we had the ‘deluxe garden view room’ and it could just do with a clean up to make it a bit more welcoming.

Good location, easy to take a stroll into the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Then easily accessible to get to other beaches etc … on mopeds Pool was nice.

Mosquito nets had come away from some windows which meant there were a few mosquitoes in the room

The pool was so lovely! It was always quite quiet so it felt super relaxing and an escape from busy Kuta! The staff were very welcoming and always on hand to help with anything. The breakfast is simple but very nice!

I would have appreciated to have a bit of soap dispenser , either on the sink or in the shower, and some toilet paper as there was none. Apart from that, all good 😊🙏🏻

Close to the center, the property is quite big and some of the structures where they have rooms are quite new, whereas others are under construction and not yet the best ones to stay. The room is quite clean and spacious , and the pool view is just perfect. Breakfast was nice as well so overall a nice stay ☺️

Rooms very basic which is fine, but the bathroom door couldn’t close and smelled really really bad. A/C could use a clean up. We stayed in the studio and the kitchen stuff was super dirty. They didn’t clean the room during our 5 night stay and had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper ourselves.

Swimming pool is nice and clean, breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly.

There is no door between bathroom and room. Not the most clean room neither. Breakfast could be better. Wi-fi did not work very well.

We booked first the basic room and we didn’t like too much because of the humidity and some basic equipments missing (towel, sheets, towel for the floor in the bathroom). Also the bathroom just have a curtain and no door so not the best to have some privacy

The rooms with view in the pool was perfect! The owner and the staff really kind and the breakfast tasty. Really good relation price/ quality for the superior room with pool’s view. Highly recommended!

The room was full of mosquitoes (maybe because the room was left open for a while?), we had to buy and spray a whole can of Baygon and I wish there were vegan options for breakfast but other than that it was ok

The location was good, the room quite big and the shower had good pressure and hot water. You can rent bikes and the owners are really nice! The pool is really beautiful and clean too and the location is great, only 10 min walk from all the shops and restaurants
