Reviews of Hotel Kumala Pantai 3 stars

The room was excellent with the best shower in Bali. The grounds were lovely & well maintained. Staff were great including the friendly guards. We loved the variety of live music, the buffet breakfast & the pool areas were huge!!

The doors to balcony don’t close straight they have a gap in them so mosquito’s can get in & outside mouse can be heard easily which is a bit annoying.

We love staying here, on the beach, close to good restaurants, warungs, and cafes. Good breakfast. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool area, friendly staff.

The only complaint I have is the pillows! They were huge, and it would be nice to have an option of smaller pillows. But that is my only complaint.

Great food as always. Maybe some real fresh juices or jamu shots offered with breakfast as it is so wonderful and refreshing

We loved the location of this hotel, the gardens were so beautiful and both pools excellent…breakfast was plentiful and loved the entertainment of an evening….we will be back

The air conditioning was actually too cold of an evening and needed to be turned off ….the staff at the front desk when we were leaving, could have been more helpful arranging a lift to the airport …we thought they had booked it, when in fact they hadn’t and were not too forthcoming in helping us plus I had a package delivered…the front desk could not find it yet when I returned to my room, there was a note in my bed informing me the package was there, maybe better communication would be helpful ….but overall the staff were fantastic, friendly and polite

Breakfast wasn’t that great and having to pay extra for awful coffee wasn’t good. The towels are definitely needing to be replaced, old and scratchy and very thin. Few mosquitoes in the room

Lovely grounds and beautiful large rooms. Always clean and refreshing. Restaurant was very good and provided entertainment. Two deluxe pools.

Beautiful place, lots of shade, friendly staff, rooms and facilities very clean. Very nice pools with plenty of sun lounges. Food and beverage good and reasonably priced.

Not enough sun lounges for the amount of people staying and 75% of lounges in shade.

Great central location, morning walk to either Kuta or Semiyak is lovely. Breakfast fabulous. Beds comfortable. 2 pools to choose from, lounges ok to get.

This is my second stay with Hotel Kumala. I love everything here, especially the amazing gardens. They are incredible. Also the pools are so inviting and great temperature. The location is great as it is beach front, but also near great restaurants
