Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThe doors to balcony don’t close straight they have a gap in them so mosquito’s can get in & outside mouse can be heard easily which is a bit annoying.
The room was excellent with the best shower in Bali. The grounds were lovely & well maintained. Staff were great including the friendly guards. We loved the variety of live music, the buffet breakfast & the pool areas were huge!!

We love staying here, on the beach, close to good restaurants, warungs, and cafes. Good breakfast. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool area, friendly staff.

AustraliaThe air conditioning was actually too cold of an evening and needed to be turned off ….the staff at the front desk when we were leaving, could have been more helpful arranging a lift to the airport …we thought they had booked it, when in fact they hadn’t and were not too forthcoming in helping us plus I had a package delivered…the front desk could not find it yet when I returned to my room, there was a note in my bed informing me the package was there, maybe better communication would be helpful ….but overall the staff were fantastic, friendly and polite
We loved the location of this hotel, the gardens were so beautiful and both pools excellent…breakfast was plentiful and loved the entertainment of an evening….we will be back

Very pleasant hotel, great location opposite the beach, staff helpful but need more waiters in the Sands restaurant.
