Nice hôtel with one well organized day of snorkeling. The food was good and suffiently diversifies for lunch and dinner for our 2 days

We loved this place. Very easy to arrange a snorkeling trip to menjangan island - which was incredible. Easy to communicate with the staff. Good food. Lovely vibe. Highly recommended!

Hospitality

A wonderfully friendly, low key resort. Room was not huge but very comfortable with private terrace and canopy bed. Great on-site pool and dive center for arranging trips to Menjangan Island. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wonderful value (full-board option)

Air-conditioning in our room seemed to be going out on the last day of our stay, but I doubt that happens often.

- Pool, the well kept gardens, the family room, well working AC, the beds with mosquito nets, the dive center, attentive and friendly staff.

- insect screen in bathroom would be nice to keep mosquitoes out

Staff were friendly. Great pool. Nice restaurant. Massage was good.

There isn't much to do in the area, it's a long drive from the airport and it's too remote for Grab and Gojek. We were lucky enough to befriend a local driver who we could call on.

Spa could have been more luxurious- was a bit out of the way and the treatment room was very dark.

Very nice place and good location. Staff do a great job, flowers in the room, personal message on dining plate etc.

Our room # 7backed on to the food prep area behind the kitchen. Bathroom always had a strong smell of the food they were cooking. Sheets didn't fit the mattress and the pool had to much chlorine. Not major things but areas to improve on.

The staff and facilities were great the location was good and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff didn't understand English very good and it's a problem to communicate. And they looked like a group of friends working together in disorder. They can cooking and presentation of food better than they did it. Prices were high and they even added a 3% charge for paying by card. We thought it was abusive. The mosquito nets on the bed were worn out and need to be replaced.

Very nice and comfortable, quiet room. Great pool and friendly staff. Able to organise cooking class and snorkelling tour with ease.

This is a gem of a place, we enjoyed our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave. The room was very clean, and quad room was perfectly functional for our family of four. Good hot water, air con and wifi. Lots of little extras too made our stay special. Kids loved the pool, and included breakfast was delicious and generous amount. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Housekeeping noticed that our shower drain was backed up and it was fixed straight away, we didn’t even have time to ask. Gardens were beautiful in true Bali fashion. It was a hot but easy 15 min walk to Pemeturan Beach, but to stay at the beach costs much more. Close to a number of warungs/restaurants.
