The villa was big and comfortable. But the best part was the outdoor bathroom. The villa is in a quiet area but 10 min far from the main streets. Very good to relax and have a good sleep. They also have a nice common kitchen that can be use any time.

The road in is very rocky and can be difficult to navigate on bike sometimes.

Very peaceful, room is spacious, aircon works great, staff very friendly, nice little pool view from room, bed comfy, big kitchen area.

The only negative point would be the condition of the road to get to the accommodation, a steep path full of stones and potholes that makes driving difficult.

There was about 5 min of hot water per day in the shower. The toilet was leaky. Bathroom definitely needed ome updating but room was lovely.

Room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Good AC. Pool was nice and so were the staff.

Our room seemed to be located next to an ants nest. With holes/gaps in the front door, they often found a way in, as well as mosquitos, and a snake. The bathroom was also a bit funky, more of a wet room with the plug for the shower being the opposite side of the room to the shower head. The room could also do with a lick of paint but overall good value for money

The rooms themselves are spacious, with a comfy bed and well maintained gardens. The staff were helpful via WhatsApp and quickly responded to any queries we had.

Kitchen was a bit rundown and limited utensils available, in case you are planning to cook there. Bathroom also could be a bit better maintained . During one of the days had a short blackout - water and electricity was not working - while after asking through whatsapp staff informed that it is being fixed and it didn’t cause major issues to us, it would be nice to have a heads up beforehand. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Lovely garden with pool and beautiful greenery. Comfortable bed, clean linens and towels provided. Good wi-fi. Quiet place away from main street.

PROS: - Well priced. - The landscaping and outside is lovely - just like the photos. - Two glass jugs of water in room. - Clothes drying rack SO SO: - Location isn’t near much, it takes about 10min scooter to get to food and beaches etc but it’s very quiet and peaceful. The inland road to the stay is quite bad. CONS: - We arrived around 4pm and weren’t greeted very warmly by the staff who were ‘working’ at the time. - Bathroom drain is in a weird spot and the shower water pools on the opposite side. So if you want to stand in 2cm water after showering that’s fine. The bathroom door also didn’t shut and was mouldy on the bottom from the water it’s constantly touching. - Glass doors have gaps so expect mosquitos! - There’s a kettle in the room but the cups have no handles..? They also don’t provide coffee in the room so not sure why there’s a kettle. & no wall plug near the table. Had to boil the kettle on the ground. - We were room 1, which is attached to room 2 for some reason (the only 2 like this) and also next to the communal kitchen area. After coming back from a night out we were hanging out and conversing in our room until we got told by room 2 to keep it down. This happened multiple times even though we were basically whispering and hardly could hear our own music at the time. *IF YOU’RE A TRAVELLER YOU KNOW TO TAKE EARPLUGS* - other people want to enjoy themselves while still being respectful & IT WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT. Maybe the sound proofing is also bad but that shouldn’t ruin our night or anyone else’s. Overall I don’t think the rating of 8.5 is accurate. It’s pushing for a 7.

There was no proper check in, girl just pointed at the room and that's all. Not really a warm welcome AC didn't work, but the next day they gave me a different room.

Nice and quiet location, well maintained garden and pool. Rooms are simple, yet spacious and clean. There is free drinking water to refill your bottle and a big communal kitchen. You will need a motorbike to get around. Good value for money

Kubu selondimg villa is perfectly located, away from the buzzing streets but still close to it by a 10 minute Scooty ride. You can make your own breakfast or food in the kitchen area and can also use the fridge. They help you with scooter rentals. Very convenient, will definitely recommend

Staff were excellent, easy to hire a bike right from the villa and always made sure I had everything I needed. Bang for buck this place, would 100% stay again.
