Everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Deluxe room was great beautifully furnished comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. The gardens around the pool are great as was the pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices. The restaurant also does lunches and dinners, we actually ate there most nights because it was so good and it was nice to sit by the gardens which are lit up at night.

The only thing I would appreciate is a rail so I can access the swimming pool . The laneways two access to access the Hotel have multiple speed bumps making them a trip , and are poorly lit at night

Tucked down a long lane way.

The Villa was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, too. On-site restaurants offer good choices of food and beverages. Staff always offer hospitality. Smiling.

The location is a bit tugged away.

Quality for money I love this hotel. The rooms are nice. The bathroom has natural light. The breakfast is nice overseeing the infinity pool and lush gardens.

Kubu Garden is located about 1 km down a narrow street( gang). If you have mobility issues it could be problematic. We enjoyed the walk. There are limited restaurant options close by.

Kubu Garden Suites and Villas is excellent; we could not fault it. Having been to Bali 25 times this was the best value accommodation we have stayed in. The whole property is immaculately maintained and it has a wonderful ambiance. The staff go above and beyond and the breakfast and meals at the restaurant were great.

Noisy air conditioner, with a bright LED display meant we needed ear plugs and eye masks to sleep. Food was a little slow in coming sometimes.

Very attentive, above and beyond front of house staff who went out of their way to accommodate anything we asked for, even whisking my wife to the medical centre. We were able to lounge by the main pool for a few hours while waiting to catch our flight - thank you so much for that! Comfy beds, nice linen. Beautifully decorated throughout. Warm, clean and inviting pool. Great outdoor lounging areas. Filtered hot and cold water. Good selection of food on the menu. Very generous breakfast included in our price. Highly recommended!

No real complaints. My only advice to the Hotel is that they need to do a better job advertising their food - ITS SO GOOD! You just wouldn’t know it because they’re aren’t any reviews/pictures. You must eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner if staying. Thanks, Kubu Garden!

This property is literally a hidden gem. Like so good that I’m shocked it wasn’t full (we booked the day of). Stunning secret property in an unexpecting place. Beautiful decor. Accommodating staff (we got there early) and they provide to-go breakfast if you have to leave early. We will definitely be back.

The only issue for me was the mattress. It was too hard.

The hotel is excellent, starting from the rooms, facilities food and the staff. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the peace and quiet is a bonus.

The pool was quite difficult for my older parents to get in and out of. We would have liked bigger coffee cups (but now I’m being picky).

Don’t be put off by the drive down the dusty lane to this incredible oasis. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom villa with the pool which was heaven and completely secluded behind walls and a gate. The restaurant was very nice. If you like a very firm bed this is the place for you. We went across the lane to AYU massage, she gave the best massage we had in Bali.

There isn't anything really, however, the beds are very firm and that is not for everyone. Not a negative, just a heads up.

We have been there quite a few times - I LOVE it there. Benoa may not be the best place in Bali BUT Kubu Garden suites and Villas is the best place in Bali. They also have other properties which are equally wonderful - I can't fault any of them. The owners and staff are beyond welcoming, friendly and obliging ... they treat you like family, especially when you are a return guest. I love 'homestays' you are not just a number on the door but a friend and its nice to give back to the beautiful Balinese rather than some big international company. This is undeniably one of the best places to stay.
