I loved everything about this property I was hesitant as first for a solo traveler booking a Airbnb but it has exceeded my expectations on every aspect , the location is perfect walking distance from many restaurants ,atms and the beach , I took walks to the beach almost every day no need to get taxi anywhere this area is not crowed and filled with such amazing people , staff was really friendly and place was really clean , it has everything you need , I will definitely be back , thank you 🙏🏼

The room was good and clean, it has a tv and a frigobar. The bathroom was really spacious, with a great shower and even space to hang clothes. Next to my room was an open kitchen that was always really clean. The place was really calm and I could sleep well. The place is close to nice restaurants but you have to walk a little bit if you want to go to the beach. I felt really safe even walking at night. The host was really nice answering questions fast via WhatsApp and asking me what time I would like to checkout.

Everything was great for the price we paid I could not complain at all. Facilities had everything we needed, everything was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Location was good and easier to get around. We were only there for a week but would definitely recommend for long term stays especially for the price. Host was super helpful and provided everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay here - the room is spacious, has everything you need (and even more, there are things you wouldn’t normally find in other guest houses like a small fridge, a kettle in your own room), it’s close to cafes and walkable (~15-20 mins) to the beach. The price is excellent! Part of the road to the guesthouse is quite dark at night, but as a solo female traveller I still felt safe walking there. I definitely recommend and would stay again 😊

Only 2 towels for 4 days, they never got changed and it never got cleaned, we barely saw any staff and there was one woman that came for the checkin. It would at least be nice if they would have asked if we needed something within our 4 night stay. It was super noisy during our last night and on the last morning, we barely could sleep. The family upstairs was very loud and we could hear everything. The internet barely worked on the first day, but it then got better - but if you need to have online meetings, then it might be a problem, unless you have your own data. We asked the owner via booking chat if there is also a monthly rate available if we want to stay 30 days, but the reply was really unfriendly and he made clear that he does not want anybody for longer, so we decided to go to another place after our 4 booked days there.

Great room with spacious bathroom and big terrace. There was even a fridge and TV, which we were happy about. It was super clean and the provided shower gels/shampoos were really nice! The mattress and pillows were super comfy and it was near some amazing cafés and restaurants. We overall felt very comfortable within our short stay, except ⤵️

This place is super clean safe and very tidy. It has everything a solo traveller would need; locks, refrigerator in the room, shared but not so busy kitchen. There are many many laundry, gym, coffee shop, restaurant options around. Thank you for making my stay wonderful

Terrific homestay in the heart of Canggu. Nice sized room with comfy bed and a large bathroom. Staff were easy to communicate with and helped out when asked upon. I couldn't recommend Kubu Betel Homestay enough!!

the host is awesome, helping us with motorbike rental & return it, trying to download wechat to contact given i cannot use whatsapp, not even mention the cozy homestay with 2 exclusive & comfortable & quite bedrooms and kitchen facility, we love it here and it gives us very good sleep & food after surfing & crossfit training, thanks dear host!

The extension leads for the kettle, just fasten it to the wall. For me it was just the mosquitoes getting in the bed, lots outside as well. Bitten to death by horrible little blood suckers. All my arms feet and legs about p20 bites a day, they love my blood. Helen not bitten much at all just me. They came sprayed everywhere and vacuumed curtains mattress the lot. They were very helpful so don't take this as a negative. If you are prone to mosquitoes then maybe not a good idea. If you're not bothered by mosquitoes, then this place is great value for money. Nothing bad to say about apart from no pool Access.

Very nice, clean and well equipped accommodation located in a good & quiet neighborhood. Kubu Betel is an exceptional value & is located very close to an excellent restaurant, Warung Uno, serving delicious Indonesian cuisine with superb hospitality!
