Just the rooms, Aircon and the fixture in the rooms can be upgraded, but I can see that they are building new rooms too.

I would say the rooms are a bit rundown but charming, just a very kampong style but their toilets are looking upgraded, but their Aircon could do a little more fixing to get cooler on a tropical island and the heat can get really 🥵. They have this wonderful buggy fetching and sending you up and down the hill where the rooms are located and down where the restaurant and swimming pool are. Overall I don't mind staying here again and would bring extra portable fans to cool the rooms, I love it cause the vibes just makes you want to rest, relax, sleep and chill. Bonus is, they are away from the hustle and bustle and a surprise note for those who pray towards Quan Yi Mah, there is a huge statue of her on the compound.

The place will be more awesome if they could cater play areas for younger children. Having saying that, they do have a slide and sand toys for kids to enjoy.

The rooms are clean and I love that the location is far from the city centre. It gives the family the much needed time to enjoy outdoors and each other’s company. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is also a temple within the premises which gives us an opportunity to understand the religion and culture of others.

It was raining heavily thus we did not proceed for Breakfast coz the steps were quite slippery...but The Staff " Dinda " called us to enquire about our absence after explaining to her the situation. We're quite surprised to receive a knock on our room door...Dinda went the extra mile in sending our Complete Breakfast to our room....

Air con leaking...😆 Breakfast venue, the floor is on a sand pit..clumsy person like me..can trip..easy..🤣 If windy...well i guess the food will be affected also by the dust and.the sand.

The sound insulation between rooms isn't great, so the only thing I can point is that I could hear my neighbours talk (and they were using normal voice tone) and I had to sleep with ear plugs.

Great place, great food, great experience. Really recommend. Easy getaway from Singapore.

We would have liked a quiet relaxing space to go to after dinner - the bar and restaurant often had competing music systems. The deck on our accommodation was not very comfortable for sitting out on (a stool, not a chair) for very long.

The resort has a large pool, which on weekdays we frequently had to ourselves. The restaurant is excellent. We ate all our meals there and they were all tasty. The staff are helpful, friendly, polite and welcoming. The accommodation over the water looked rustic on the outside but was comfortable and well done. The pick up and drop off from and to the Singapore ferry was very smooth and easy. Wifi worked well - even enabling an international work call down by the pool.

There is nothing specific I didn't like. The breakfast could have been more diverse but it was still very nice.

Super friendly, respectful and polite personal. The food was amazing. The restaurant Layang offers Indonesian food. Everything we tried there was delicious, fresh juices, fresh coconut water, freshly prepared food. Everything was a phone call away and they would send it to our door step. The location was breath-taking. Perfect if you're looking for time away from city-life. They offer water sports as well, amazing spa and very nice environment overall.

Water pressure was not even. Sometimes it was low .

I dislike the distance. Its quite far from the city. and also the buggy service untill 9pm on weekday. If u came back late post dinner,theres no buggy service anymore and u have to climb up by yourself to the room which is very inconvinience.

Watch out for the cost of a bottle of wine, miss read the menu and paid the price, my fault. The rooms were a bit gloomy being made in all wood, also a bit noisy at night owing to proximity of shipyard.

Great choice for breakfast menu and a reasonable price. The best thing about the resort were the staff, they were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The pool was also very good together evening seating by the waters edge.

They need to do some upgrading bcos the condition seemed so wear and tear. To provide soap and hand towel in the room. And enough power point. The one we had in the room was faulty.

The property is very quiet and peaceful. Good if ur coming here to chill and relax.

They don’t give more than 2 bottles of water per day. I didn’t understand why there is a cap on drinking water. I didn’t like that. Second, the quality of toilet paper was very poor. In malls and cafes, there was better toilet paper.

The ambience, the staff, the location, very good. Quality of bed and cleanliness were also quite good. The restaurant food was excellent.
