The staff was really nice. We had to switch rooms in between and the second one was a lot nicer than the first one. Breakfast was great and the location is good for walking everywhere. The property has a really nice atmosphere and it is very calm and relaxing to sit on the terrace

We would have appreciated an opportunity to put our mosquito net up. Also having a mosquito net on the open windows would be nice.

Best place to stay in Bali, close to restaurants and downtown. Offers you a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place to relax, excellent service and delicious breakfast

Great accommodation, very friendly and helpful. Room service every day, great room right by the pool. Every day changing breakfast with fruit salad directly to the room. Walk to the city/temple/market/restaurants. Roller rental directly on the road.

The staff was incredible. The nicest people ever met here in Ubud. They cleaned everyday and changed towels. Even if we woke up before the time for breakfast, Kuayan (if I remember the name correclty) came to us to change water for coffee and to ask if we wanted to eat breakfast in that moment. We really felt welcomed by everyone. No fake smiles. We loved the room 6, even if it was a bit old dated compared to room 3, because we had privacy (being it upstairs) and we could see the sunrise every morning. The breakfast was different everyday, simple but tasty: I loved their tipical dadar gulung. Even if we couldn't use the AC, we found ourself really good with only the fan on the ceiling (and I'm a really really hot person). We kept the windows open and put the fan to medium speed. We were lucky that there wasn't that much of a heat in those days. There's a swimming pool but we didn't use it. The position was extremely comfortable: near the center but no noise. Near the guesthouse there is also a good laundry and a nice motorbike rental (Surya). Really enjoyed the stay. We absolutely recommend it. - Denis

The location is amazing! The room is getting cleaned every day and the breakfast was served at the terrace 😊 The fresh fruit bowl is so yummy and the hot water service in the thermos is great! There is also free water to refill👍 We will come back for sure

We love the twin room and conformable and location is better at least near shops. Stafffs are friendly and the breakfast delicious

If the room provided hair dry is more better

Prety building, cool pool - nice and kind staff. I was on the top floor with great view. I could leav my backpack there for a half they before check-in time.

My room was nice and enough for one night, but it was extra small. The hotel asked for 150.000 ruppies caution, which I got back at the end - but did not clearly understand why (very unusual, I have been in a few places around the globe on each continent, but have never met this process in a hotel) it was necessary as it is such a low amount if there were something broken...

I like all. Its quiet, has heater and in front of pool.

The towels was not laundered properly.

A really great location in the heart of Ubud, but nice and quiet away from the noise. Lovely breakfast and a very comfy bed

Hot water service for tea and coffee was infrequent. The room also smelt a bit damp, which was a little unpleasant.

Madé and her family are excellent hosts. The place is very quiet, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.
