Wonderful stay and exceptional staff. Very quiet place at cul de sac of the little village. You don't hear the road. Excellent food prepared by smiling staff. Swimming pool is a bonus. Trips to secret Gili are the best.

There was no hot water during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a great stay at Crystal Garden. The host, Kay, was incredibly friendly and recommended a fantastic tour to the Secret Gili Islands – definitely a highlight of our trip! He also gave us great tips for nearby spots to explore by scooter, which really helped us make the most of the area. Scooter rental was super easy and hassle-free, and Kay even organized transport to our next accommodation for us. The location is ideal if you’re planning to visit the Secret Gilis. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, and it’s also convenient that you can buy cold drinks on site.

Best place i stayed at in Lombok. Extended my stay here to a week. Clean room, good price, and friendly staff. Taking the scooter to see the breathtaking views at Orong Bukal is highly recommended.

I had a fantastic time. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay several times. The rooms are simple but adequately furnished and very clean. Key and the entire team are truly warm and welcoming. After just a short time, I no longer felt like a "customer" but rather like part of the family, which allows for deeper insights into the local culture. Right next to the Crystal Garden is the village's Hindu temple, and if you're lucky like me, you can witness a live ceremony (a truly unmissable experience!). I've done pretty much all of the tours offered with the team and even booked private tours. Every time, it's been very relaxed, with few people, excellently organized, and at a more than fair price. All in all, it's a place you'd love to stay. I will definitely come back.

The staff was really sweet and helpful. They helped us book transport, do laundry, and gave good recommendations for things in the area, and always had a smile. The courtyard itself is beautiful and really peaceful. It was the perfect place to come back to after adventuring for the day. We had banana pancakes every morning for breakfast. They were delicious with a Lombok coffee.

There‘s only two things that I can think of. - The light in the standard rooms. They‘re very bright and cold. Especially at night this attracts insects/mosquitos. A small side table light would’ve been perfect. - A mosquito net around the bed would’ve been great, as there a quite a lot of mosquitos whirring around the room at night.

- The staff is just amazing, in particular I’ve loved interacting with Wayan and Kay (I think?). They’re super chill and helpful about everything. They‘ve organized a scooter within minutes of my arrival, and have been super lovely and friendly during breakfast/lunch/dinner talks. - The accommodation site is just lovely. Super green, clean pool, nice hangout areas. It‘s very idyllic and you can easily just spend a nice day at the pool without the need to go out. - The rooms are big and clean. - Food is very good! - Adorable cats & dogs walk around and are more than happy to come cuddle.

We had a great time here. The team is very nice and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had breakfast included and the Banana Pancake is out of this world. Rooms are spacious and clean and provide enough storage place for two people. We did a snorkeling tour to 4 islands and it was amazing. We saw millions of fish, turtles and so many other things. Lunch was provided and we even grilled some fisch on an open fire on one of the islands. Thanks to Key for making this short stay so special. He’s super open minded and relaxed with his main goal being to satisfy every need of his guest. He is the heart of this place. Thanks 🙏🏼 Hannah and Fabian

Bathroom like a rainy forest cause mold Restaurant dont have fish (200m far from sea and fishermans) for 2 days and another foods like fruit or springroll Beds are 80cm high

We had a great stay. The bungalows are spacious and good value for money. The pool is lovely. The staff were all very helpful and did our laundry for a very reasonable price! We went on a snorkel tour to 4 islands and it was great value for money and really fun.

Kristal Garden is a hidden gem. It’s set back off the road making it a peaceful location. All rooms and balconies overlook the pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I made this booking for my son and his girlfriend after I had previously stayed here twice.

Garbage (plastics) everywhere you go especialy on the beach is global Indonesian problem, not only local. Hosts are environmentally aware. Hotel employees, as well as other people involved in tourism on the island, are aware of the problem and are picking up waste. The problem of littering is greatest in non-touristy places.

The hosts were extremely friendly. They cook simple local dishes, which are insanely delicious... I recommend trips to nearby islands organized by them.

Amazing place with comfortable and clean rooms, a nice family restaurant with yummy food and a big pool to relax anytime. The manager of the place is great and the whole staff is very lovely 😊 The Gili islands are located nearby where you can do snorkeling and/or camping with the hosts. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax in a very nice atmosphere!

Because of heavy rain the bathroom had a little mold. It was ok because you can close the door to the bathroom and we only stayed 3 nights.

The staff is so friendly, the rooms are spacious and the pool is really amazing. It was quiet and we really had a good stay. The organized trips to the Gili Islands are very good. We highly recommend. Also the food is really good.
