No fault of the property, but there is a LOT of noise from construction. Starts around 8am every morning. When you shut your room door it blocks out a bit of the noise, and if you're out during the day, it should be fine. It makes it a little harder to enjoy the facilities (pool, communal seating area) during the day. The owner lets you know this before arriving which is fantastic, and I haven't let the construction affect my score - just something you should know. Also, the fridge doesn't shut properly sometimes so overnight food can spoil if it hasn't been closed properly.

Great homestay, has a real 'feel-good' vibe about it. Excellent location! Just off the main street with plenty of amazing cafes right on your doorstep, and the beach a 5-10 minute walk away. Kitchen is well equipped and looks over the pool. The rooms are spacious, with a desk. Bed is very comfortable, rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is just the right amount. Big bathroom but very basic, only bodywash provided. Provide a washing machine, but you have to purchase your own washing powder. I extended my stay which I think says a lot :)

The room is nice, with everything you need. The owner is really friendly and a nice guy and his family as well. I wrote the owner that we have a little problem with the shower and his father was 5 minutes later here and fixed it. Also the stuff was really friendly and kept the place super clean. I can recommend and would come back again.

Only tiny annoying thing was the outside covered area with a big table and benches would have been great for chilling or working in the evening but the overhead spots like were so bright I couldn't sit there - some lower light would have been awesome.

Clean, simple, comfy, great location. Cute shared kitchen which water for your water bottle and fridge. Nice seating area outside for working. Drying rack. Honestly such a great place for the price.

There is construction next door that runs from about 7am to 7pm, even on Sundays. They did send me a message about it when I booked and explained it and said I can cancel the booking. I decided to go ahead since I wouldn’t be spending much time at the property. But it may be an issue for those that sleep late and want to relax in the room.

This place was perfect. It is extremely good value for money. The place looks brand new, the gardens are maintained to perfection, the pool is very clean. The rooms are beautiful spacious and very clean. There are only 4 rooms I think in this home stay and so it is very peaceful and cosey. This was my favourite place we stayed in Bali.

This place is amazing. The room was spacious, SO clean and the bathroom was also perfect. TV with all the apps for people who like to chill in the evening. The outside area was also really nice with a great little kitchen equipped with everything you need and also free coffee, tea and drinking water. The small pool was also great. I’ve stayed at Konex homestay for 8 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect! It takes approximately 7 mins walk to the beach and we have enjoyed our daily routine to the beach having morning walk & watching the sunset. We also tried to walk along the beach to Finns beach club in the morning and it was absolutely enjoyable. Besides, there are many nice restaurants within just minute walk. We enjoyed our breakfast time dining in different restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly even you are a solo female traveler. The owner, Wayan, is extremely helpful , friendly, warm and always responds messages quickly. He and his team always tried their best to meet customers’ requirements. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is planning on visiting Canggu. 😊 Thank you Wayan for everything! 🙏

Owner who is talking to loudly and fighting with employees on the pool. I had to tell them to calm down, I was not able to work. It lasted for hours. So impolite. Plus there is a noise from reconstruction. Forget about working and relaxing from 7 to 21.

At the moment there’s quite a bit of construction going on around the place which means it’s definitely noisy during the day. That said everything else is spot on. The place is immaculate, staff if super friendly and helpful if you want to rent a scooter or need recommendations for food or activities or a transport to somewhere (thank you, Made!) and they really make up for the bit of inconvenience with the noise. I loved it there.

Nothing we didn’t like apart from the construction noise but the property was perfect for us.

We liked the size of the room and bathroom. It was comfortable and quiet at night. Pool was clean and inviting. Clean fresh drinking water is always available from the communal kitchen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars in short walking distance as is the beach. Unfortunately during our stay there was major construction work both beside us and out on the street but once it stops at 10pm, it’s lovely and quiet.

This place was great in every way. Room/facilities- SO CLEAN. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was just how clean everything was. From my room, to the communal kitchen, even the pool, everything was always so clean. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need, including a nice lil desk and full length mirror. Bathroom was really nice, and again, so so clean. Location- very good location, walking distance to the beach and heaps of the good restaurants/cafes and bars. Short scooter ride away from some of the bigger beach clubs. Staff- The staff are AMAZING. They are so lovely and kind, and also very easily contactable through whatsapp if you need anything. I loved everything about my stay at Konex, especially for the price it's such great value for money. 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend to everyone else :)

Never been asked for a passport photo to be taken so that was a bit bizarre. Apart from that, the location was right next to the construction site so a lot of noise in the morning and throughout the day. No hairdryer was provided, and the mattress was quite firm.
