The room is so complete and clean its a 10!!!!!

I like it all.

Good location, comfortable clean bed, had all the amenities you might need like a mini fridge and a lil kitchennete, as well as filtered water to drink.

The water from the shower smelled so bad, it made the whole room stink. It also tasted really horrible.

I have been to Labuan Bajo 3 times now and what was great about this place was that it was in a perfect position for everything in LB but was very quiet and private at the same time. It was spotlessly clean, Fansi Helmut was brilliant but, in fact, all the staff were really friendly and helpful and I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The AC was great, water pressure in the shower terrific, sheets kept clean. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious well equipped accommodation. Good air conditioning and very clean. I enjoyed watching the school kids play next door. Also very close to the centre.

Only evening 4pm ++ the water for shower very slow ..almost 2 days hard to shower ..this have to improve after diving we need to take a good shower with strong water.

A few times there was a very unpleasant smell in the badroom, issues with the plumbing it seems. Would be good to get that fixed.

Great comfortable place and right next to town without being on the main drag. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are spacious and cozy. The restaurant, Bacala, in the building is terrific. The staff were also helpful with booking activities.

The staff elevator was having issues going up from the first floor, which was only a minor issue but the one thing I really didn’t like was being close to the mosque. Their prayer calls start at 4.30am, which makes it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. I’d stay just out of town next time and scooter/Grab in.

We loved our stay here, the staff were so accommodating and friendly and the communication was great. The room was really spacious and comfortable and perfectly centered so walking anywhere in town was easy. Thanks for having us!

Spacious, clean room. Nice balcony to enjoy sunset. Comfy bed and mini-kitchen in the room. Great resturaunt right downstairs. The staff is SO nice. The hotel is close enough to the action to walk to the main area of town & resturaunts, but off the beaten path so it is a little more quiet.

There is a little noise from the area that comes into the room. It's not problematic.

Rooms were spacious, well decorated, and had really comfy beds and pillows. The rooms also smelt amazing as we checked in. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Communicating with them via WhatsApp was a breeze. They helped to connect us with affordable laundry service and scooter rentals. The hotel is also located really close to a lot of nice cafes and restaurants, and was a short 5-10 min walk to Kampung Ujung for seafood dinner (a must try!)

Other reviewers have pointed out the mosque nearby, but there were some chickens and goats near the property which created a bit of noise. But the hotel does provide earplugs upon request if needed. Something to note is that property is surrounded by a lot of greenery which also plays host to a variety of insects around such as grasshoppers, lizards, and bees though none were in the room itself, just in the common areas outdoors.

Great location and a very clean and big room. We only stayed here for one night, but we could have stayed here for longer. Great view from the balcony and one of the best beds we had so far.

There was a little bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom. Didn’t bother a lot, but it was present. The elevator didn’t work properly, but they mentioned it would be fixed on short notice.

Andi was excellent, mom arrived really early from bali, and he managed to organised a room for her early. We also asked breakfast to be in a box before our tour and the restaurant was able to do that. Room was beautiful large and spacious and smelling great. Comfy stay definitely wouls recommended As everyone saying on the review there's noise from the mosque and we were staying during Adha holiday so they were praying all night, but we already knew that. The room compensated the noise But good earplugs should be able to handle that

The Hotel is very clean and the staff super kind, accomodating all the requests. Alex helped us in organizing the airport transfer and boat trip. It is the second time I go back to this hotel
