Ordering food is only via WhatsApp, which takes extra time, it would be easier face-to-face. Not all menu items were available (understandable in a remote location), so always ask for the current menu and clearly confirm if you request something not listed to avoid confusion. The website would benefit from an update with tide charts, activity info, menus, and boat timetables. This would take away uncertainty about food choices and pricing which is important in a remote location, since some guests might otherwise worry the costs are too high and choose alternatives.

We stayed 8 nights at Kiki Beach Glamping Resort in the off-season and loved the peace and nature. Staff were always polite and friendly. The ocean villa had beautiful sunrise views, and we could even fish from the porch. The saltwater lagoon pool was magical, especially at night under the stars. The highlight was the nature around the resort, hermit crabs everywhere, reef walks at low tide showing mudskippers, flatfish, camouflaged species, and fun night walks where the beach came alive. We also enjoyed fishing trips to the pontoon by kayak, with the kitchen preparing our catch. Meals were tasty, with a mix of affordable and luxury options. One vegetarian in our group was catered for very well, and the kitchen even created a custom breakfast option for us. Massages were excellent and affordable.

Breakfast was very local style (fried rice, fried noodles, porridge ). No fresh juices or milk. Lack of continental breakfast option. So those with children do bring some alternatives for your kids, especially if they are fussy or not keen on spicy food. As it is a remote resort, sometimes the kitchen will run out of certain food options at lunchtime. Lack of snack options. Do bring your own snacks. Especially if your family loves to snack.

We had prebooked the pick-up from MegaMall Batam to Cita Rasa Seafood, where the boat to the resort is, through the resort. Boat schedule is according to the tide timings. All communication is via WhatsApp. Very smooth and easy from time booking was placed, during our stay till we left. The staff was fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly towards the guests, especially the kids. Always smiling, the staff never failed to greet guests with a Hello, each time they passed by. We upgraded to the Sea View Villa. The room was clean. The view was priceless. Bed & daybed were comfortable. We slept well, even on the night when there was a huge storm. Do not leave shoes out on the balcony as they will get wet when it rains. AC was surprisingly perfect temperature. The water heater works perfectly. Despite no tv, we were fine. Wifi works alright, most of the time. We had our dinner on the balcony every night. Peaceful and breezy. Menu was simple & limited, but delicious. For those staying on the water villas, do note that the room service gonna take time. The kitchen is on the mainland, and the connecting jetty is about 350m long. It took about 1-1.5 hrs from the time of order to delivery. They have free activities like Fun Beach Walk, Hermit crab hunting, Mocktail lessons, etc. There are also other paid activities that the resort will WhatsApp to you before your arrival, upon request. It was my son's birthday, the kitchen prepared a lil dessert for my son. That was so sweet. Overall, a happy experience. We will return. :)

The food options ran out pretty fast leaving us with very limited option for lunch or dinner. Servicing should be done often so that customers can enjoy the room immediate without having to wait for repair works to be done. Please ensure items needed inside the room to be placed before the arrival of guests.

Its very calm and nice environment. The staffs were very friendly and polite. I really love the place. Its a really great place to relax and chill outside of the busy city.

The boat trip to the resort was quite squeezy. Going home, we took a bigger boat which was not as cramped however it took double the time to get there.

My 2nd trip here. The activities has definitely improved. View is awesome. In room bbq meal and hotpot was definitely a good spead. The staff tried their best to make us all comfortable to dine by the sea balcony. And of course food was delicious. Breakfast spread was also much better as compared to my 1st trip. We took the unlimited package for water activities. Staff is very helpful, patient and friendly. He took great effort to ensure our safety. He even helped my elderly mum who wanted to try out the water activities.

Highly recommend having clearer marketing/communications about transportation to the resort. At the top of the welcome message received should be “Resort is only accessible by boat!!” Followed by the different transportation options and costs if you arrive from 1) the ferry terminal or 2) the airport. This wasn’t immediately clear to us and we had to rearrange our plans significantly at the last minute. Staff were very accommodating though, so luckilynit all worked out.

Excellent service, secluded and peaceful location, activities. NOTE: Resort is only accessible by boat! For future guests who can afford this, I highly recommend taking the private speedboat from the pickup point, Cita Rasa Jetty, to the resort. It’s a lot faster, safer with life jackets, and more comfortable, but costs IDR 1.3 million.

The water pressure of the shower is not strong enough and temperature is very hard to gauge. The pathway from the sea villas to main land is not bright enough. Lagoon base can be abit slippery Overall, the maintenance can do abit better.

There not only about 20+ villas so it is not so crowded. Food is quite good. Room is big & bed is comfy. There are quite a few number of power plugs.

Breakfast variety was limited. More works need to be done to upkeep the beach. It is a long car ride to the jetty but I guess it can't be helped. I understand that it was the unexpected monsoon in March thus there were not much activities.

We stayed in the water villa with balcony.It offers lovely view of the sea. Room and toilet was huge and clean. The lagoon was huge and my children enjoyed swimming in it.Floats were available for rental. We had lunch at the restaurant, portion was large and taste was awesome. We had barbeque and hotpot dinner in room, was supposed to do bbq at the balcony but it was too windy, so was offered to modify it in room. Delicious food and portion was more then what was offered in menu. Good priced for a dinner with large lobsters.Very friendly and efficient staffs. Enjoyed fireworks at night. Supposed to have lots of interesting activities if weather was better. I would love to be back during better weather.

Staff and Operation Manager were totally helpfull, kind, and very professional. Here you find a quiet, real human-sized place. "Luxury mood" is not what describe this resort... but a "Family Jem place" it's the right description! Whether if you are a couple or a family, here, it worth while to spend 4/5 nights if you whant to escape from cities rules, noises and caotic life style: that's the real luxury esperiece you'll find. Hoping that other occidental people make this warmest experience we had (but pay attention, food is totally asiatic style: Very tasty, good and fresh, especially seafood. if you are searching for 'an intercontinental cuisine" ...this is not the place)

The service was horrendous. It's a squeeze-you-dry-since-you-have-no-choice-but-to-buy-from-us concept. 1. We made a reservation for dinner for a friend's birthday at their ONLY restaurant at 7pm. This reservation was confirmed 5 days before but when we arrived and ordered, our food was only served at 845pm, despite having a child at the table. Patrons who arrived and ordered after us were served first and we noticed that none of us fell into the ethnic group who got to enjoy service first. When we asked where our food was, the manager said it's so busy, what can he do? Well, what could WE do when there's no other F&B outlet on the island? 2. Cleanliness - We ordered room service and left the finished dished outside the room. The next afternoon, no one had cleared anything and monkeys had come and consumed leftovers and pooped around the room. 3. EVERYTHING is chargeable. IDR 50k per room service sent. IDR 25k for a small bucket of ice from the restaurant and IDR 35k if you order from the bar.

The location was beautiful. The pool was very nice. There's a lot of potential for the property to do more with the space that they have and given that it's in such a remote location, but the pool is beautiful.

The room 202 lock is faulty. We can't check in . Wait for technician ti service. Not long it failed again . The next day we were lock outside after out for breakfast. The door battery dies due to hot weather. They fix it quick to solve the issues The aircon is got due ti hot weather
