Good value for money, excellent location, calm, however the rooms do need some maintenance as we go, especially the older rooms.

My only complaint is that I left something behind and even though I let them know the same day they didn’t have it.

Quiet. Pool lovely. Had fridge and kettle. Separate dressing room /wardrobe. Spacious bathroom. Communal kitchen area.

Small details like not having an electrical socket close to the table, main light switches not working properly (had to go upstairs to turn on the main light), couldn't hang a towel in the bathroom upstairs and the towel hanged downstairs would always get wet when it rains.

The villa I stayed in was overall great. The staff was always nice and helpful. I also loved the location - beautiful and not too crowded.

There was such great potential but the details were very much missing. Bed sheets and towels were stained. Pool area was very tired, sun loungers were either up or down, all the in between were broken. Shower head needed some serious descaling. Hostel weren’t really able to help organise any trips etc. (first hostel I’ve been to that hasn’t been able to).

The staff were very friendly, the room was big and comfortable. Location was just a short moped ride from town and there were a few cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

The pool area could do with a little upgrade i.e. new umbrellas and a deep clean of the pavers. Perhaps some room decorations would add a little sparkle to the rooms. A suggestion - pop a couple chairs and a small table inside the Deluxe rooms for indoor setting. The rooms are large enough to accommodate it :)

We loved the staff, the quite location and the size of the villa. The gardens surrounding the villas are well maintained and lovely. We could access the restaurant for meals which were all yummy including the coffee! Any requests we had were warmly received and supported. Outpost is close by is a little supermarket and some cafes which were all lovely. It's a short ride into the center of Ubud which was easily managed with a Gojek. We loved Jun wonderful smile each day :)

The bed had bedbugs unfortunately. Stairs get really slippery when wet and I fell down them. Adding some grip to them would be a good idea to prevent injury. The standard room bathroom gets entirely wet when you shower, after upgrading to the deluxe room the shower was much better as it had its own section.

Excellent staff, good location, this place has other locations for co-working and has good events. Drinking Water is provided too. Shower water was clean.

Very small things… No hot water in my room. As I’d chosen it for remote working and to meet others like me it was a bit hard to know who if anyone else was working as there were people staying on holiday.

In a lovely relatively peaceful area, I totally loved my traditional look room. The bed was super comfortable. Garden beautiful. Staff were friendly and I liked the community what’s app group.

The flush on our toilet wasn’t working when we arrived, but they fixed it very quickly.

The location was great, the centre of Ubud is very busy and this was a 10/15 minute walk but did feel a lot more relaxed. The staff were also incredible - they couldn’t have been more friendly or done more to help.

The pool could have been cleaner and there was a power cut whilst we were there which lasted a few hours but wasn’t the properties fault.

Such a gem of a place in Ubud. Suited a group of 7 of us perfectly! Large rooms. The staff were so so helpful and kind and the beds super comfortable. A really good value place in Ubud we would definitely recommend.

The room needs a little bit of renovation/maintenance It takes some time to get to the city The restaurant that’s connected to the hotel is very expensive and the portions are quite small. I don’t recommend the breakfast (or any food) they serve there

Staff was very helpful and kind The villa we rented was beautiful, clean, huge and had everything you needed and more (even a private little garden) It was very quiet, so we got a good night sleep and rest The pool had towels They offer different tours to see Bali, which was great It’s very close to the monkey forest

The room acoustic is poor; I could hear the neighbor chatting on their phone. I had an ant colony in the bathroom and by the coffee corner.

The location is great, close to the quiet part of the Monkey forest. Great coffee and restaurants near by. Shower was really good!

Coliving space near the monkey forest in Ubud, great chance to meet likeminded remote workers

Outpost advertises a co-working space which can be accessed at a discounted rate when staying here. It's advertised as a short 5 minute walk away from the stay, but in reality its closer to a 10-12 minute walk on a busy road which was not that enjoyable (especially before work in the morning) - We chose to instead to work from the common space on the property and within the rooms themselves which was also nice

The suites themselves are quite nice! Quite large with areas to sit and work if required. The property also features quite a few common areas where we met other guests and remote-workers which was a positive!

We got the big villa which is ok. But somehow the interior design /floorplan felt unlogic. Big is not always better.

Its situated in a more quiet part of Ubud area with very nice restaurants nearby. Monkey forrest is around the corner

The bathroom ceiling had a leak so there was a puddle in the bathroom when it rained.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I also liked the location, it's in a quiet neighborhood, near the coworking space, and a few restaurants. It was raining almost the entire time I was there, so I really appreciate the big balcony in my room. The room is huge and wifi is strong.
