Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bathroom overall could do with a good scrub, the shower and wall tiles were quite mouldy, unlike in the photos.
The room was spacious, and had a lovely private terrace with seating, and a great pool. Hosts are lovely and welcoming. They helped us with luggage storage at the end. There was a decent sized tv. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a desk and chair, which was a great addition. The shower had fantastic pressure, and hot water was great. The location is great, plenty of shops just a stones throw away. Ubuds main attractions are very accessible from here. Our room was accessed via flight of stairs, which can be difficult with suitcases. That said, there are rooms, maybe slightly more expensive on the ground floor.

BelarusTill our stay there were a renovation work near our place which was extremely noisy. Usually they began at 6-7am. But this is temporary issue, might be good in the future.
The perfect location. Absolutely value for money! The quite place near the main road. Staff was very nice! Definitely recommended.

AustraliaOff the road but a bit noisy as doing construction nearby and while pretty garden and lovely bed the room was not very clean, cupboard had mouse droppings and bathroom curtain really dirty. Down a pretty lane way please note which was slippery and dark at night. Would be a good backpacker base.

GermanyI booked a room with garden view but instead I was looking at a run down wall right in front of my window. The kettle wasn't working and even after requesting to get it replaced I didn't receive a replacement. There was 100s of ants swimmimg in the drinking water that was provided

United KingdomRooms not maintained well at all. Stains all over the bedding, lots of bugs got into the room somehow and the bathroom was covered in mould and smelt very damp/musty. Also had multiple nights of people being very loud late at night.

FinlandLots of ants and tiny bugs in the room. Bathroom was not clean and there were no water pressure in the shower so showering was not easy. Wifi didn't work well. Swimming pool water was coloring everythin green for some reason...

Lovely big bed very comfortable, huge shower room that was impressive great air con. The pool/ communal area was so pretty and relaxing! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay by 2 nights!

RomaniaThe access road is terrible. If it rains it's mud. It is very narrow (barely fits a car) and is not lit. You have to walk 300 meters in total obesity. And there are also some holes from the sewage system. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled very strongly of mold. In 5 days they never changed the towels. Very poor breakfast.

Awesome location, its super central but down a long drive way so you don’t hear any traffic, wasn’t packed with people so it felt like we were the only ones there at times and were the only ones using the pool. Room was very spacious with great aircon and private balcony. Would be happy to come back

GreeceThe path from the main road to the building entrance is easy to miss and so narrow that will intimidate the average driver and even make your taxi driver doubt your directions. The hotel has obviously seen better days but is now run by a single and on ocasion two receptionists who both oversee bookings and clean the rooms. The room was clean but looked dirty, the AC probably hasn't been maintained since installtion and the sink should have beeen scrubbed better... Breakfast is included but should not be even mentioned as the place has no facilities and offers a limited list to brobably be brought in from one of the surrounding taverns. Our luggage was safely stored in a room smelling of mold, next to dusty furniture and maintenance tools when we chose to check out but go for a walk since we had time before our pick up to the airport.
Next to everythig you need to access the full Ubud experience by foot. Has an Indomarket and ATM next door
