Padang Bai is so noisy and dusty you can hear everything from outside. Our shower didn’t work, they were going to fix it for us morning of but didn’t. When our boat got cancelled and we asked if we could have an extra half an hour to check out to figure out what we were going to do staff turned a bit salty and wouldn’t allow us the courtesy to decide if we were going to stay an extra night

Cheap and cheerful if you’re getting a boat to Gili and want an affordable stay. Room felt clean and tidy. Staff were accommodating in helping you get up the narrow stairs. Right next to Padang Bai port.

The WiFi was very intermittent. The shower was scolding hot and it seemed there was no way to turn the temperature down only the pressure.

I stayed one night and it was very noisy.

I loved the personnel, the host waited for mé even after check-in times- after I contacted him through booking. They helped me to arrange boat to Lombok and showed me the directions. Overally 10/10 would book again. There was aircon, toilet, shower, bed (very comfortable). There were also breakfast but I havent tried.

For one night it was fine but I wouldn’t stay longer simply because it didn’t have a fridge, kettle or mosquito net. It was cheap and cheerful so I wouldn’t want to discourage anyone from staying as it served a purpose.

I only stayed for one night - like most people - I booked the ferry to the Gili Islands. It was fine for one evening. It was a private room with bathroom and there was a nice little balcony on the first floor.

Unfortunately the room had a big problem I think of ventilation, I mean there was a very pungent and strong bad smell, too much. Maybe it was a problem only of our room, I don't know if it can be solved, surely without this factor the rating could have been higher. I would definitely not stay in that room in those conditions again. We only stayed one night but it was too annoying, almost unbearable.

Perfect location for ferry departure. Breakfast included. Low price. Air conditioning. Bathroom and room size, hot water.

It was centrally located and the rooms above the most budget are on the 2nd and 3rd stories which lets you get away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

Tiny narrow stairs to the 2nd floor, a bit nasty for the bigger ppl among us, especially with luggage. Fortunately a staff member helped with that. If you stay for 1 night only, choose ground floor room.

Super humid, the bed felt wet. We had a misunderstanding with the owner and ended up fighting over a stupid ferry booking which could have been easily avoided. We found a cheaper option and told him before booking but he had already booked and wanted to charge us nearly the total cost (because of cancellation fees that were clearly an excuse to get our money). We left with a bad feeling that wasn't necessary.

Good attention after a late arrival, breakfast was decent with the typical choices for SE Asian low cost places. Clean and spacious room

The rooms are a little old but for the money that is OK.

It was right on the harbour. Only a 3minute walk. Everything close by, including beach a temple. Nyoman and his staff are genuine and friendly. The place is very clean. Good breakfast (see photo).

we booked because we were taking the 8am ferry to gili islands. i was suppose to be there at 6pm and arrived at 930pm. the staff sent messages and waited up for me.. they were great. i didnt do breakfast. the room was basic and clean and the location was excellent.

Shower has no hot water and doesn't feel quite clean, bed is quite hard.

The location of the hotel is very close to the harbour, so everything you need if you need a transfer night for your boat. Good price. The balcony on the first floor is really lovely to chill out on!

There was no water so we had to go out to buy when we arrived at 11pm. Also, we sent details for our boat a week ahead and were asked again the morning we were leaving and had to get an earlier boat. Worked out fine, but not sure why we gave all our details and requested ahead and then had to do again.

Great location and easy walk to the port. The hotel organised our airport pickup and tickets out to Gili Islands. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Room was basic, but comfortable and awesome for the price.
