There were quite a lot of mozzies in our room, we killed more than 20 of them during our 2 night stay. We got some pretty bad bites from the mosquitos. Probably some fumigation will help.

Location is perfect and walkable distance to the main areas with food shops nearby. Room is large with plenty of space for 2 people.

Stayed for a night. Quite new and very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet, given how busy the area is and how close the place is to the road. Nice beach nearby, and a busy restaurant / shopping street just a short walk away. Mind yourself as a pedestrian - everyone (tourists and locals alike) drives like a maniac and will run you down without a second thought.

More lighting would have been good, quite dim if trying to do anything at night.

Our room was very spacious with a huge, incredibly comfortable bed and great pillows! Bathroom was large with his pressure shower. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels and 2 x aqua provided. Right next door to a convenience store which was really handy. 100m from the beach and directly across the road an amazing Malaysian restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was great to have a fridge and kettle in the room. We had an upstairs room with a balcony so was nice to sit outside and watch the world go by.

The building is beautifully decorated, and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean, and well-equipped with complete amenities. We had a short but comfortable night at Kemangi Bed & Breakfast! Highly recommend!

Liked everything. If nitpicking,- cleaning crew should step up the game a notch. All the light switches, ac remote and some tables was dirty, hat to clean them with wet wipes before I could use them

Internet connection was quite slow and a little hiccup when connecting to smart tv.

The property is not big but the room we had was big and with high ceiling. It definitely felt comfortable. One of the staffs also had great barista skill shown for our cappuccino as our choice of welcome drink. And the staff definitely spend time to chat while serving us professionally, making us feel very welcomed.

An intimate boutique hotel, located on a quiet street a very short walk from the main (and busier) part of town. The hotel was spacious and modern, with high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight. Bathroom was very modern and spacious too. The room also had a great balcony space, complete with table and chairs and surrounded by leafy trees for shade. We didn’t use the common dining area, however looked beautiful.

Amazing staff-so easy to be in love with all of them! They are so kind, warm, friendly and helpful! It was a pure please to be in this hotel with them. They create an amazing ambiance! The location is great, the hotel is safe, modern with a good wifii. The room was really big, clean, with a very comfortable bed, good shower, hot water. I fully recommend this place!

Some sheets and towels had stains

Smells and feels clean, big comfortable but upon close inspection the sheets and towel had stains which were abit off putting. Location is fantastic. Near the beach and city and right next to Alfa mart. The staff are very warm and welcoming too as the property only has 4 rooms.

Nothing. Recommend an early morning swim on the beach. Also, try to seek out the bat cave on the road a few km west of Kuta - a great experience 😯

Well-appointed rooms in fairly new hotel within easy waling distance of the beach, a range of restaurants and other facilities that Kuta/Mandalika has to offer. The very attentive staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a fruit basket in the room that allowed us to sample the local Snake Fruit. Great courtyard bar and the most delicious breakfast we had on this trip.
