Everything about the villa was amazing. We have a private villa to yourselves. Self catering though they do offer breakfast which you can choose between American or Indonesian. Beach across the road.

Didn’t know there was a separate utility room with washing machine and clothes airer which would have been useful! Small drain smell in bathroom from master bedroom at times but to be expected on hot days.

Fantastically well-equipped property in secure gated, quiet area near the beach. Easily accessible to main areas in South Bali and nearby beaches. Staff were wonderful, options to have massage treatments and breakfast cooked in the villa. Pool area is excellent addition. Comfy beds and everything you need for an extended stay. Hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Would 100% recommend, brilliant value for money.

Bed was hard and the frame was squeaky. Happy to pay a deposit in case of damages but it had to be in cash which we didn’t have. Lucky our driver was a friend so I could borrow from him. Please pop this info in your booking notes - in bold 😀

House Keeping was only every 3-4 days.

The Villa was very big, well planned out and had SO much room for everything. Pool was lovely and the thought that had gone into the Villa design and construction, is quality.

No nice restaurants within walking distance, the row of seafood restaurants just outside by the beach were tourist traps, expensive and food so-so. There wasnt a private beach so you have to walk out and cross the road to the beach, again it’s not private (all the restaurants lining the beach fill the shore with tables/ chairs). But it was ok for us as the beach is too rough to swim in anyways, and it’s lovely to walk about as the beach was clean and kept. No convenience stores or shops nearby so be prepared to take taxis out, again ok for us as Grab rides are easily available.

The staff were amazing, attentive and genuinely nice. The beautiful gated villa was serene and housed away from the usual crowds. Lovely area to stay as we prefer to be away from the chaos and traffic. The beach is only a few steps away and the sunset was so beautiful. The villa was clean although a little old but it was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The water feature in the living room was so calming and lovely too! Thank you for the hospitality.

We had an issue with one of the toilets and took us some time to discuss this problem with the management and find acceptable solution for both parties.

Spacious house equipped with everything you might need. What we liked the most was the private garden with a pool, outdoor shower and a gardenia tree. This garden is a little paradise with all the birds singing in the mornings. We also liked the interior design of the house.

The same staff member confronted us that we needed to pay a deposit of 3 million IDR cash only or give 1 passport. Never mentioned and I had contact with Paolo before arrival....A Dewi made an WhatsApp group to communicate. At the last day we wanted to check out and wanted the passport returned. That's the time we noticed that 1.800.000.= IDR cash was missing from the safe. As soon I had the passport in hands I told the again same member of staff about it, he couldn't be bothered and only wanted a signature for receiving passport and I should take it up with the WhatsApp group. Like talking to a wall

The porter told to which number to go and the doors were open. After a couple of minutes somebody of staff came to explain and show the room. It's is really like the pictures, except the one from the beach is nowhere to be found.

The beach photo on Booking.com is VERY misleading. When you get out of the villa onto the main road, you don't see beach, but instead a row of dirty eateries which you'll have to walk through only to be greeted with a very dirty beach with tons of debris. The photo you see is located about 15-20 mins walk from the villa, (not exactly at your doorstep). There are NO fitness facilities within the villa complex (despite this being "ticked" on booking.com) . What they have is an pay-extra separately owned fitness club next door (10 mins walk from your villa). All this is not a deal-breaker, but what was REALLY annoying was the entrance door lock and keys! The main door and entrance sliding door can only be locked from the inside WITH KEYS, which are fused to a key-card that needs to be placed inside a slot to keep the AC running. So if you wanted to take out the trash, or open the door briefly for a guest, or room service you would need to remove the keys from the slot which switches off ALL your ACs! To make things worse, those keys get stuck in the keyhole OFTEN especially the glass entrance door - this is extra bothersome as they keyhole is located at the bottom of the door and at night when it's dimly lit (the villa has very few lights), locking the door was a nightmare. Also, the entrance foyer have stone slabs over a pond and is uncovered, so you need to be careful not to drop anything while walking through your foyer, and when it's raining, you can't open your entrance door without being drenched completely! Other than that, the villa was great. Sorry to nitpick but pls install some deadbolts that don't require keys from the inside! Also please provide housekeeping every 2 days, not every 3 days, and inform guests what to expect regarding breakfast!

Photos of the actual villa matched the photos on Booking.com - it was indeed very lovely! Nice and private, security is good as there is a guard by the gate door which does some basic checks before cars are allowed in. The private pool and showers were very clean, functional and wonderful.. kids loved it and it really added to our holiday. The living room was very spacious, rooms were clean, comfy and bathrooms were well equipped with towels, pool towels, shampoo and shower gel but not toothbrushes and toothpaste. The friendly staff met us at the property for check in and check out. Everything else is arranged through WhatsApp, and the staff were pretty responsive to queries even at night. The kitchen was very well-equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans but it didn't come with a dishwasher or any food (except salt and pepper) so if you wanted to cook, you'd have to get your own groceries + cooking oil, condiments - which isn't practical for a few nights of stay. Even more inconvenient was there aren't any supermarkets within walking distance. We ordered breakfast one morning at 8am thinking cooked breakfast would be delivered at 8am. But instead, 2 staff showed up at 7.45am to cook the whole breakfast freshly for you in the villa itself (this was a surprise, we weren't informed of this before). Breakfast portions were quite small, but moderately tasty and beautifully plated - however it took them about an hour to prepare, cook and serve everything. By the time we had breakfast it was already 9.15am so if you have time commitments or in a rush to leave for a tour, don't order breakfast at the villa! Since they plated everything beautifully on separate plates and then left us to eat, there were A TON of plates, cups, glasses and dishes for us to wash up by ourselves!!! That really wasn't expected - we could not just leave them by the door like a normal hotel and did not appreciate the massive cleanup.

Perfect for a long or short stay, in an excellent location close to Jimbaran Bay Beach. The staff were wonderful. Very accommodating and responsive and cannot rate the service high enough.

The property is ideally situated next to Jembaran Beach which hosts a number of good seafood restaurants. The villa is close to Kuta and other attractions. Paolo and Diana (manager of the property were extremely helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for groups and families with 4-6 members.

Could of been a little cleaner. The kitchen and bathrooms were grubby. I had to clean the kitchen when I arrived. Kitchen doors and light switches, etc. Also, a few things need updating, broken and not replaced. For the price, the little things matter. Stains on the sofa, and it didn't smell clean. Felt a little uncomfortable, so we sat on towels on the sofa. The villas are also not located on the beach as the pics lead you to believe. But the sercure security entrance was nice
